He raved how good Allan was and how he's used him for over a year with amazing results. Dude used words like body transformation. I've only been going to Allan for a few months now, and I'm extremely pleased too. Every training session with him leaves me a little sore a day or two later in the best possible way. Add to that, I am getting stronger. Clothes are fitting better and my wife likes the "stud factor" in my fitness and muscle mass. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match what I hoped for. After signing up, there was no orientation video, no instructions, and very little communication. When I arrived, the door was locked because a class was in session, so I waited outside in the cold. When the door finally opened, the receptionist didn't seem to understand that I was new and unsure of what to do. Only after a moment did she let the instructor know I was there. The instructor gave me a very quick one‑minute explanation, but if you don't already have solid reformer experience, you're basically left to guess. There was no tour, no explanation of where things are, and no place to store your bag--you just put your belongings next to the machine. I'm also not a fan of putting my bag on the floor (yes, I'm superstitious), so that was an immediate downside for me. The class itself was interesting, but without a real orientation, it was more frustrating than enjoyable. This studio seems geared toward people who are already very experienced, not beginners. There was also no sense of community; the whole experience felt very transactional. I paid $39 for a week pass, and honestly, I regret spending the money. That said, the fact that I didn't feel welcome or supported shouldn't stop someone with strong reformer experience from trying it. If you're already comfortable with this style of workout, you may have a very different experience than I did.

And I tried other reformed style Pilates studios and they were just too easy. Then I read the reviews on this studio with it being a bit more of a challenging workout & it's also close to my house so I decided to give it a try week startup special. I was hooked and decided to join. Within a month or two my clothes fit better and I saw a better tone in my arms, abs and legs. All the instructors here are so nice and I can always get into a class usually by booking the night before or sometimes even the day of. I love how there's a class every hour too so I usually just go when it's convenient with my work schedule. The studio is so clean and it's all different levels too so you don't ever feel uncomfortable. My daughter Brea even just joined as well and now she's hooked!! But this white girl that looks young told us we can't use his benefits and his membership wasn't active which what she said was bullshit and doesn't know what she's talking about at all. She must be new enough to not understand how that works. So we went to another EOS on rural and Guadalupe and they helped us both a lot! I'm a guest with my friend and I have 10 days to go to their gym without him if I wanted to. And the guy at that location agreed with us to and said he doesn't know what they're on about. He showed us my friends membership being active. So I HIGHLY recommend the EOS on Guadalupe and Rural!! They're so friendly and very kind and 100% helpful I love that location and we'll stay FAR AWAY from the EOS on Warner and McClintock CUZ SCREW U ALL.

But every time I walk into this Lululemon, I leave feeling lighter than when I came in, and that's because of them. T is absolutely incredible. She is pregnant, yet she still shows up with the biggest smile, endless patience, and so much genuine kindness. She has a way of making every customer feel seen and welcomed. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and her positive energy is something special. Angelique is just as amazing. She always takes the time to help me find pieces that fit my lifestyle and makes shopping feel personal instead of transactional. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and never rushes me. I always leave feeling more confident than when I walked in. She was patient with me as I tried multiple sizes so I can feel the most comfortable. People often think retail is just about selling products, but T and Angelique remind me it's really about people. They don't just help me find clothes, they brighten my day. There are numerous hand sanitizing dispensers which are always empty. The attached Pics tell the story. Some machines are so neglected ( Dirt and Lubrication) they hardly operate properly. I hope ownership finally acts with the necessary steps to improve this facility, showing respect for its members, as there are so many good aspects of this gym that are currently being outweighed by the bad ones.
