The facility at Tri Plex training is Top Notch! The trainers/coaches Kyle and Shauna are knowledgeable, helpful, and motivating. Each exercise is modifiable to your ability. You can make the work out harder or easier depending on your level. Be open and honest with the coaches, and they will help you reach your goals. They are EDUCATED Athletic Trainers!! The instruction for the exercises is helpful, friendly, and encouraging. The coaches are actually ENGAGED with you during your class session, not just telling you what to do then go sit behind a desk and watch you work out. They are very involved in the work out for each individual during the class. Everyone can train at this facility! From Ironman, to first time back in the gym to get in shape. Love, love, love this gym! I had always worked out from home until my husband signed me up for here. I was hesitant to go because I didn't want to work out in a group and I felt I could get the same results at home. So wrong! Working out in a group motivates me to push harder and everyone at the gym is so friendly. All of the instructors know you personally, like know everyone's names and talk to you about how you are doing. Kyle is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have. I love that they have a physical therapist there who you can also ask questions to and who seems to be able to fix any injury! Such a great gym and great people, worth every penny! read more

Triplex Training is welcoming, supportive, and motivating. I have been a member for a little over a year and have surpassed my fitness goals! I absolutely love the variety of workouts and friendly atmosphere. Warning: You may get the bug to complete a triathlon after hearing some of the experiences from the coaches and other members! Lastly, with the optional triathlon or track coach programs available, members are provided with customized workout plans for whatever events are in your future. I love Triplex! I can't say enough good things about all of it. The trainers are exceptionally good, and the workouts are always a challenge. The trainers encourage and help throughout the entire workout. During the Coronavirus all workouts are online, but they make them interesting. Each day is something different. The workouts are live at 9:00 a.m. Check them out! When we are able to be back in action, I hope more people come to Triplex. read more

Great gym and people! I love knowing that I will get a great total body workout every day, different from what we did the day before. I have been going for about a year and a half, started after not working out for years. The workouts are good for any level and the trainers make sure you have options to tailor exercises to your ability. I've been a member for a few years and have always found this place to be like a 2nd home. The staff are so helpful and certainly know what they're doing. This place is great for all levels. Triplex is a great place to go! My son started going to Triplex his sophomore year and Kyle, the owner, convinced me to join. I have been a member for over 2 years now.
