Mindlessly cutting people off with no worry about driving a Servpro vehicle. Not only did I have to slam breaks on because of him I witnessed him do it to 2 other drivers before I exited at Vineyard and he continued. I know this has nothing to do with service you provided me however this person represents your company and know I will for sure never use Servpro if needed. BEWARE this company charges way too much and didn't even make a difference I called them when my house flooded during the recent flooding in Ventura county flooding This company charges almost $500. JUST TO COME OUT and say yes you have flooding when that is why I called them in the first place NO UPFRONT PRICES they said they couldn't give me an estimate until the work was done They sucked up some water out of the carpeting plugged in equipment and then left it checking only once in the time it was there approximately 2 weeks I had to call them to ask the equipment to be removed as it was not making a difference The carpeting had to be ripped out anyway so they did not help at all The price for this was $3969.19 OUTRAGEOUS I will never use their service again and will warn as many people as I can read more

We have never been so impressed with such impeccable work! Exceptional customer service you don't find nowadays. Servpro of Ventura are first class professionals. Refreshing to say the least! The adjacent townhome home next to mine had a shower drain crack and break in our common wall. They never turned off the water or had a company like ALS or Service Masters come out and test the walls for moisture. So it could have been leaking for months. This did considerable damage to my home. It is a extensively upgraded high-end rental in Montecito steps from Butterfly Beach. The baseboards are custom made along with solid wood moldings throughout this home. At the this occurred it was rented. However we did not find the damage until over about month after the neighbor said they "supposedly had their contractor fix the problem". The neighbor admitted to both my Insurance Adjuster and I their contractor removed wet drywall and insulation. Their contractor evidently fixed the source of the problem and there was no need to inspect the common and adjacent walls for moisture. They were seriously wrong or someone was untruthful. So no inspection was ever done by the neighbor. My Insurance Adjuster immediately called Service Master. They came out and about a month after I heard about the leak we found the moisture levels in my walls were as high as possible where the neighbors pipe broke. My tenants furniture was moved to one side of the living room, a barrier wall installed and a dehumidifier set up. Service Master let this run for a few days and once they tried to removing baseboards the wall was still so soft the pry bar broke through and mold was found in the walls and due to the extent it had to be subcontracted out to a company licensed and bonded for mold remediation. We coordinated and contracted with Servpro as my tenant was moving out. Now my tenant was moving out November 21, 2018-the day before Thanksgiving. Talk about a contractor showing up the afternoon before a holiday??? Unheard of but SERVPRO did. Immediately after Service Master removed their barrier wall SERVPRO was there. Set up a new barrier wall, started running another dehumidifier and other commercial grade equipment. They worked late and removed the remainder of the common wall baseboard and 2' of the lower drywall in my living room wall and wet insulation . All of it was full of mold-fungus, there was still wet wood and mold-fungus on the interior of the neighbors home. Consider this was 2 months after my neighbor contacted me about a leak in their home!!! The very next week Servpro later removed the baseboard and about 2' of an adjacent wall in my home to insure they had a clean mold-fungus free clean barrier. All the interior wall surfaces were completely dried out. Adjacent neighbors interior wall and wood common structures treated. Wood was sanded and neighbors common drywall primed with a special sealer primer to inhibit mold-fungus from coming back into my home. We don't know about neighbors adjacent wall to the common wall. They and their insurance company was notified with an extensive, in depth report with before and after photos provided by John, Owner of Servpro of Ventura. We still have a lot of repair work to do as the neighbors leak did extensive damage to my home-not just the common wall but adjacent walls including under the staircase. There is no damp wet mold-fungus smell in my home now. Even the wood structure looks like it was never wet or green with mold-fungus. It appears like clean dry lumber. I am truly amazed at Servpro of Ventura quality of work. As mentioned previously their report was outstanding. That should help out quite a bit as the repairs and mainly lost rent will quickly add up to 10's of thousands of dollars in out of pocket costs. This documentation should help out considerably with insurance companies. Servpro saved my home from being potentially ruined and 100's of thousands of mold and fungus damage. John, Gonzalo and their team are the best of the best. On a personal note they took this burden off my shoulders so I was actually able to relax for awhile and enjoy Thanksgiving. I was extremely happy with Serv Pro services after having a major water leak in our condo. They came out right away and extracted water, pulled up soaking wet carpet, dried out and treated the walls. I am happy with the mold removal work that they completed. I'm very sad to report that they had very little concern for my needs as a handicapped customer. Since my insurance denied my claim, It was necessary for me to remain in my home while the work was done. I guess, as the office manager told me, the customer usually stays in a hotel, paid for by their insurance. It was a continual struggle to have the worker hear my requests for accessibility to my toilet, back door and passage to my house with my walker. He finally did make the necessary corrections so that I could function. I also was unhappy about the lead worker's attitude; treatment of my possessions when moved and always being in a hurry, did sloppy work and/or didn't complete. I did get a small "customer's appreciation?" discount, approved by the owner, for the complaints I reported to the office manager. I guess my advise is to be vigilant and read your contract very carefully. read more

Our home was in the burn zone of the Woolsey fire and right next to the fire line. We had smoke, ash and soot damage. Our home smelled terrible. I knew exactly who to call. I called Omar. Be very careful with this company. They talk out of both sides of their month. They are not really 24 hr service and they brought eQuipment that didn't work and wanted to place unnesscary equipment at a very costly daily rate. I called another company and they said that I shouldn't even have that particular type of equipment and placed one machine instead of 5. ( at $100.00 per day ). Also they tried to have me sign an open contact without any type I estimate and no cap on the cost. BE VERY LEARY I do not have the wrong company. Nice try read more

Unfortunately the crew was not very careful the cleaning crew was slow and got there late and the crew to clean the air ducts left dirty hand marks on the wall and did not replace the ceiling crates sufficiently and they fell down in the following 24 hours denting windowsill and floor. The owner of the company did not want to hear my criticism even though it was constructive and he just wanted to walk away from the job, while we were in the midst of recovery from the Thomas fire. read more
