She was very nice, professional and put my mind at ease very quickly. I was impressed that she had all of my information from the last time I needed their service...in 2005! That's right! The last time I needed my sewer unblocked Roto-Rooter cleaned it out and it stayed clear for almost 19 years! Lauren informed me a technician would respond within two hours. Ten minutes later, I received a call back and was informed a technician was on the way. Ten minutes after that call...Franklin arrived. I was very impressed with Franklin. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and apparently very experienced. He got right to work and cleared out my main sewer line in under twenty minutes. No fuss...no mess...no issues. Ten minutes after Franklin left...Frank M. arrived to put a camera in my sewer line to check for any problems. I was surprised that this service was included in the price. Again, I was very impressed with Frank. Also very friendly, knowledgeable and apparently experienced. We both viewed the screen as he put the camera through the line and Frank explained everything. So...I called Roto-Rooter at 10am, Franklin arrived at 10:20am, and was done at 10:40am! Amazing service! Very much worth the price. This was an emergency situation for me.
