It may seem unreasonable to find any company with so many 5-stars, but this is true. I am going make a wish that all businesses and all service providers are like Servpro of Glendale. For a moment, let's forget the company itself, but concentrate on the people and the level of service they provide. The team arrived shortly after placing our initial call to take care of a flooded basement. Besides quickly taking care of the area, the came back a few days later to demo some walls and carpeting. I still don't know where all the dust and dirt went. The Servpro guys were so professional, clean, and courteous. It's as if they weren't in our house, but the work was done within a week. At the end of the work, we were left with almost 50 empty Servpro shipping boxes, which they came back to pick up at no extra charge. Besides the work they did on our house, they dealt with our insurance company and made sure everything was in order, from paperwork to payment, etc. Highly recommend THIS branch of Servpro; caution, as most Serpros are branches/franchises, and I cannot comment on how the other branches do. read more

My insurance co recommended this co to mitigate damages after we had a plumbing issue that resulted in having to remove drywall, dry out and sanitize the location, then replace the drywall behind our washer and dryer. Upon their arrival I advised I would not sign anything (incl paperwork that stated if my insur didn't cover, I would) bc insurance sent them over to inspect, so they could follow up w my insur co for payment. They cleared it with their supervisor and simply inspected. I received an email later that afternoon showing the work they recommended, asking if we'd like them to proceed, but didn't reflect a price, not even an estimate. I have a high deductible so needed to know whether or not this small job cld be done without insurance. I called and spoke with Sako who advised they couldn't provide me with numbers bc the scope of the work could change depending on what's they find as they do the work. I asked for at least an estimate. The next day, I received a call from someone who said they estimate it wld be $3k-$4k for this sm location ....and that's just to mitigate! (Doesn't include restoring w new dry wall). I found a diff licensed contractor to do everything from a-z for just a few hundred bucks. So if you have a small job, ask a lot of questions before proceeding with this co bc from what I see, they are unnecessarily overpriced. read more

Amazing service! i can't thank the crew enough. i spotted mold on my bathroom wall and called servpro to come inspect it...mold it was! i didn't know why it happened or how but they took their time to inspect the whole wall and see what was causing it (water damage). They do mold remediation so they knew how to take care of the issue right away. They were very thorough in explaining the whole process and even called in to check up and make sure everything was still fine after a few weeks. I love how caring and friendly they are. 5 stars for sure!! read more

I cannot explain how amazing servpro of central Glendale is! They took care of a water damage job in my new home within just a few days! I recently bought a house and had no idea the headache that could come with one! I had a bathroom pipe burst and my whole bathroom and hallway was filled with water! I told a co worker and she told me to call servpro of central Glendale. I still thank her for that referral! They came and told me exactly what happened and what they needed to do to fix the issue. They left driers around the house to make sure the walls and floors were dried professionally so that we wouldn't run into issue with mold (since the floors are wood). Within a few days...Wallaaa! Back to normal! I couldn't thank them enough. Call them for your restoration needs. You won't regret it! read more

SOOO...we woke up to a burst hot water pipe under the house. It must have been going on through the night without us waking up from it, because there was a lot of standing water under the house and steamed up windows in the house. We had no idea what to do and a friend recommended we call SERVPRO of CENTRAL GLENDALE. She had used that specific one and highly recommended them. So we called and within an hour had them arrive to check out what was going on. They confirmed what we thought that there was moisture in the walls and floors. They put fans in all the areas affected and also under the house. Fast forward to a week or so later, there was still moisture in the walls and we were told that the dry walls/hardwood floors need to be cut into so they can dry it and mold doesn't form. They completely packed all our stuff (I need to call these guys next time we want to move!) and did a very thorough job with drying out our walls. With having 3 kids under 4 I wasn't going to take a chance with mold. The job was done right and completely taken care of. I also want to add that they were very clean. The guys cleaned up after themselves every time they left and were very courteous when there. It's never comfortable to have strangers in your house and it's very stressful when your family is going through something like this, but if you're in the situation, I highly recommend servpro of central Glendale!! read more

I recently had water damage to my ceiling due to the rain. Another co. came and tried to fix it and patch it up but that definitely didn't work. I searched online and called servpro of central Glendale and they came within hours to take a look at the issue. I went through my home insurance but due to their professionalism and caring attitude I made sure that I could use them through insurance. Thankfully I was able to. They took care of the job and made sure to keep my house nice and tidy during and after their job. They are fantastic! read more

Unfortunately, this company engages in unethical billing practices. I noticed that the positive reviews were from customers who used their home insurance to pay and likely had no idea as to what was being charged. If you anticipate having to pay this company directly, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. I was told that I would be billed for equipment in the first phase of the project (the use of fans to dry out the area), and was surprised to see several hours of labor added onto to the bill, for days which they were not at my property, and definitely for time that was grossly exaggerated. The project manager refused to speak with me directly and had one of the technicians go back and forth with me regarding these charges, which was unprofessional and awkward. I was told that if I didn't pay in 3 days (which was a week after receiving the bill) that they would send the bill to a collections agency and put a lien on the house. These bullying tactics are unethical and unprofessional, and after speaking with two construction lawyers, learned that they are not legally enforceable. The technicians who came to the house to set up the equipment and take it away were very nice and accommodating, which is the reason for 2 stars. Be sure to look up this company's reviews on other sites (consumer affairs, BBB) which I unfortunately didn't do in advance. read more

My dad had a water leak in the house and caused a lot of problems, due to his age he asked me to leave this review for him. I was present when Servpro showed up to his house, I can personally say that they were very professional and made us feel at ease with the process. Thank you read more

My parents basement flooded due to a pipe burst and it was a disaster. All of our stuff was wet and damaged. Servpro came right away and packed our stuff away and dried up the rest of our belongings and the basement floor by leaving their equipment there. Great service! They know how to handle personal items in a loss. Employees know what they are doing and handle it very professionally.

The worst experience of our lives!! Water damage in the bedroom from a broken AC condensate return line pipe. Call Servpro (6732 San Fernando Rd. Franchise #10495). They set up 3 fans and 1 dehumidifier on a Saturday, stated on at least 3 occasions that we only will pay for equipment until we proceed with remediation work and hear back from insurance company on our claim. The following Wednesday, we are still at 99% moisture in the walls. No effort was made to provide us an estimate for the remediation, insurance denied our claim. When asked for an estimate, Sako (Project Manager) said he could not provide an estimate in the event the scope increases as they begin the remediation. Told them to remove their equipment and leave. Over 2 months later, receive a bill in the mail for $1,316.47...revised to $1,165.41...over 100% more than what the reps said we would be charged. Do not be misled...beware of Servpro of Central Glendale Franchise #10495! Worst nightmare that we are still living!! read more

I am appalled at the unprofessionalism and strong arming this company is embracing. They failed to ever give us an estimate, they failed to advise us as to when their technician was on our site, they failed to remove their equipment from our facility for a week and most importantly they never completed the entire task. Our gym room walls were still wet after their equipment was removed and The upstairs unit did not have any walls, floors or ceiling opened up for mold cessation. Obviously not concerned about that equipment generating income for the company as equipment was left stored in our complex, and why would they be when they can extort income! Demanding almost $5000 and threatening to take us to collections over it! This group needs to dry up and blow away! At a minimum they will be receiving horrendous reviews on every social platform available! Do not enter into a contract with this shoddy organization! read more
