Will definitely be going to service up for any automotive needs in the future. They walked me through the process and made a stressful situation much better. Communication was great and I was kept up to date with my cars repairs. The process was seamless, thank you! read more

Unfortunately, the receptionist was not helpful during the call. She was dismissive and unwilling to listen beyond the initial introduction. Despite not being the decision maker, she refused to transfer the call, take a callback number, or pass along a message. Her tone came across as uninterested and abrupt, which created a poor first impression of the company. It made it difficult to even communicate the purpose of the call. Hung up 3x read more

Been sitting on the inspection/checkup for a while because I could not figure out my schedule and the quotes - there's a few hundred dollars difference among all the places that gave me a quote, and some wouldn't even give me a quote before I bring the car in for an initial inspection - I really couldn't commit more than 1 day for the repair. And to be honest, I never liked showing up to a greasy shop for service where they quote you based on gender - know what I'm saying? Service Up was AWESOME. The quote was transparent, booking was super easy on the app, and the pickup/drop off at the location of my choosing was just a dream. My guy Vincent was courteous, kind, and made the experience seamless. The app gives you updates on the status and an instant messaging option as well if you have any questions, and it seeks your approval for service quotes before they work on anything additional. Never thought I'd leave a review for car service but now that I've tried Service Up, I can't imagine getting my car worked on any other way - will definitely be back and will introduce to whoever will listen lol. Keep up the good work guys! read more

I have always been skeptical about car repair industry because I don't know much about cars.  They were so clear and transparent- it was refreshing to say the least. They told me I have 300 miles left on some parts, I could change now or later & gave me the option.  I am going to be a forever customer! Timely and courteous would definitely recommend to friends/family and habe. read more

I reached out to Service Up to get an estimate for some bumper repair. While I ultimately went with a different shop, both the intake rep, Jessie and service manager Angelina went above and beyond with their service and I was not only impressed with their response time and quality practices, I was also very grateful for how easy they made the estimate process (which was fair based on others I'd received). I'll definitely be looking to Service Up for my Prius' annual maintenance and think they're worth checking out! read more

Amazing service. Very quick to respond. They'll come and pick up your car for free to get the service done. I needed a brake inspection. They were able to pick up the car within half an hour of giving me a quote. Alex and Evan, the advisors, were able to answer my questions about the problem. The car was dropped within an hour. Shout out to Vincent too. I definitely recommend their service. read more

Super responsive. Came out same day and PICKED up and RETURNED amy car for me! Huge time saver not having to wait hours at the mechanic.

Had a 1992 Cadillac that needed oil pump and oil pan. I dropped car at local shop and it sat there for two weeks. No part. No update. Nada. Found Brandon and Connor of ServiceUp on yelp. They were super helpful. Easy process, smooth pick up and delivery. Work was done quickly and with care. Great service they offer. I will definitely be back and definitely refer my friends. The concept is great... they pick your car up and drop it off once complete. Here's the thing, you are only communicating with "someone" through text only. They really don't update you very much on the status of your cars repairs. After a week I wanted to get an update on my car, the rep that had been texting me was not responding to my texts. I went on the website to look for a customer service number. NO NUMBER!!! Another week passed and they finally gave me an eta on completion. 2 days prior to my eta date I text for an update. No response. I send a text the following day no text. If it wasn't for another yelp review I wouldn't have been able to literally speak to someone about my car. We are now officially at the end of the day and they tell me that my car still needs some work. I had planned on visiting my family out of town and had to cancel due to this inconvenience. I have spent 600+ for a rental for two weeks and it will actually cost me another 300 for the weekend due to the holiday. I actually want to cry this has been the worst experience ever. read more

I was skeptical of having someone pick up my car and bring it back. This is exactly what happened. What a great business - I felt that my car was taken car of top to bottom. Kait and Brandan are amazing as managers for ServiceUp! My car runs like a top and I felt this business was truly legit. I recommend ServiceUp all the way around. Estimate reasonable and delivery of services. Thanks Christina Krauss read more

I had my reservations about this service but wow did they exceed my reservations. My car had been out of commission for over a year and just sitting in the drive way. I was moving out so it was time to get her running again. Jessie helped get me started then Evan (absolute homie) took over very communicative throughout the process. They coordinated the tow truck to pick my car up worked on it for the weekend, They asked for my approval before working on anything and dropped the car back off to my door driving like a champ. It was absolutely worth the value to be absolutely stress free. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using them again in the future. read more

ServiceUp reacted quickly to my complaint here and made it right. The sourced a replacement part for the one they broke and installed it as soon as they had it. Apparently the issue had been dropped largely due to the employee handling my case leaving the company. Appreciate them making it right. read more

I had never used a service like RBI's before so part of me was a little hesitant. But wow!? How amazing to have them pick up and drop off my car before and after service! I had a little issue with the shop who does the actual work and Brandon and Charles were amazing. They jumped into problem solving mode asap and they turned it around and made it all right! I will use them again for sure!!!!! read more

Long story short I just got my only car back delivered to me today by Nic after they fixed the problem. The financial payment plan/program they have is awesome for families/people like me who can't afford to pay upfront. It's one of the reason I went to them aside from their 5 start reviews on here. Alex reached out to me on here pretty quickly and from there on he was the best at communication. I love that they can deliver your vehicle to you after service. It's a great addition to their service very much appreciate it. I would highly suggest this company to anyone looking for some financial help as far as auto repair payment plans. Thank you Alex & Nic & the team. From a grateful family. read more

I am not a big Yelper, but I have to share my experience with these guys. FIRST CLASS!!!! You can really tell that they care and want the customer happy at the end of the day. After rescuing a kitten off the side of 880, the little rascal crawled up and hid itself in my dashboard. I had no idea what to do, and worried that the little one would overheat in the car before deciding to come out. One call and about 20 minutes later my car was off to the shop. They handled a strange call like mine fast, efficient and professionally. They ended up having to take a part whole dash to get the little one out safely. I got my car back smoothly and looking like the dash had never been touched. Overall they were fast, easy, and professional. I would certainly use them again. read more

My car wouldn't start when I tried to go to work. I started fumbling different services trying to get it checked out, but saw ServiceUp offering one-stop service so I decided to take the plunge. I was very impressed by the speed at which the whole situation was handled - they were able to pick up my car on short order, have it fixed in a day and drove it back to me the next. One of the agents Brandon was keeping me abreast of where things stood. I have no comparison of what I'd be paying if I were to do it myself, but the final cost was quite reasonable and with the time and headache saved it was well worth it. There are also no hidden fees as Brandon explained their cost structure allowed them to offer service on top without charging extra. I'm more than impressed by my experience and I think they have created a great service here! read more

Using Yelp to request quotes to recharge my car's A/C refrigerant, I was contacted by ServiceUp. Their initial quote was rather high, but they convinced me to go with them as they match written estimates. Someone arrived in the 1 hour window I agreed to, took pics of the car, and drove off with the car. I didn't know his name, see any identification other than him wearing a backpack with the company's logo, or have any form of conversation with him. Minutes after he left, I panicked, thinking I may never see the car again. I texted the service reps to make sure I was going to get the car back the same day and was later told that the mechanic would get to it the next day. It was surprising to me that they would keep my vehicle overnight for a 1 hour job. I contacted the service reps again to make sure I would get it back by 10 a.m., and they said that I would. Fast forward to the next day, I received text updates that the vehicle is being worked on, and when they were finished I was sent a link to pay and set up my drop-off time window and address. The time frame they offered was too late, so I contacted the service reps again. They had a driver there, and he brought the car just a few minutes late. PROS: The A/C is blowing cold air again, I got a good price, and I didn't have to take the vehicle myself to the mechanic. CONS: Lack of communication from the company aside from when they are asked direct questions. I didn't know where my car was, who took it, when it will be worked on, when I would get it back, what information the mechanic would have wanted to provide, or if the estimate would be different from the final cost. You have to communicate with the middle men/women to find out anything. You never speak with the mechanic directly to hear their professional opinion. You also have to pay for the service with the link they provide BEFORE you even get the car back, so there is no way to check to make sure it is fixed prior to paying. Would I Use Them Again? With the price match and certain simpler mechanic jobs, the convenience of someone taking the car to and from the shop is worth it. read more

I had a small collision that was more damage than what appeared. My poor little BMW looked a mess with the front bumper hanging off. I called up serviceUp and spoke with Alex. Alex was awesome he found a shop that could do the work really quickly. they came picked up the car in a timely manner. A few weeks later, they deliver my car back home ready for the weekend and it looks and feels like a new car. I work from home and have a tight schedule so trying to find a body shop that could fix a 2000 BMW Z3 as going to be hard and then trusting a body shop to do the job right. I got my car back and it was detailed and the whole experience was awesome, They took a huge headache for me! Alex checked in with me almost daily to give me updates. I will use ServiceUp for my maintenance needs moving forward, its a no brainer! read more

Alex at ServiceUp is very kind. Customers, put effort into knowing which mechanic your car goes to. If I knew which mechanic, I would've spoken directly with them. Car left at 2pm on Friday and I had 0 knowledge about it on Friday. That's somewhat normal. It's late to get the car, and shops are busy. I had to call Saturday to find out what's going on with my car. That's why I should've asked for mechanic on Friday because I would've called and talked to them directly. ServiceUp was extremely kind with the delay and gave me 50% off. My car came back with check engine light on. I don't want to blame ServiceUp or mechanic, but that wasn't on when it left. That light is gone after filling up coolant reservoir again. I wish adding coolant had been done at the shop because car went in bc coolant reservoir went from full to almost empty when it left my house. read more

Why am I just now discovering this? Don't have a go-to car service repair and I hate nothing more than having to search for one and either take time off from work or spend time on my days off waiting in a crusty lobby of a shop waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Recently had to replace my vehicle's brake pads and, after being tipped by a friend on the existence of this option, gave it a try. Service was seamless and I didn't have to make any adjustments with my schedule to fit this in. Will definitely be returning to the well when the time comes. read more

My car needed new engine. Service Up handled engine swap (I found engine from a donor car).
