I turned off the water line and made an emergency call to a plumber. The plumber came out and fixed the initial problem upstairs in my hallway bathroom, but showed me how water damage soaked through the bathroom flooring, the upstairs vanity, all the way downstairs through my kitchen pantry to the water socket. It was a total mess and he referred me to this company who as he explained was a One-Stop shop from start to finish. As advertised, they came in the very same day and ripped out all of the bad material, set up dehumidifiers, gave me estimates, put material on order and worked with me and my home insurance to get things back to new. Anna was wonderful, as she did all the scheduling and kept me informed of the the scope of the project and she handled all of the administrative process seamlessly. Daniel and his crew, Rami Eddie and Victor are absolute lifesavers! All were friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable and true professionals. Total time to finish part of kitchen, small bathroom and coat closet - three months! Hell, whole houses can be done in that amount of time. They threw away existing pieces and parts and installed mismatched, wrong color, and ill fitting parts instead.
