Russ and his resourceful apprentice Raul completed a difficult door repair/lock mechanism replacement. The job took persistent, ingenuity and experience. It wasn't exactly inexpensive but in my situation it was a lifesaver. Highly recommend Russ as an honest well qualified artisan. read more

I called after I had locked myself out of my front door. The service was amazing, reliable, fast and affordable. Russ was extremely kind and approachable as well as understanding. The communication between me and Russ was straightforward. He explained everything in detail and broke down what needed to happen. The price was fair if not extremely generous compared to other services in the area. Would highly recommend above all other services. read more

Russ from ServiceMaster is awesome! He was so informative and helpful. The company answered right away and was able to come out same day and fixed my emergency situation in a very professional manor. The work van was clean and I felt comfortable and safe allowing him in my home once unlocked. Hopefully I never lock myself out again but if it happens I know who I will be calling again. read more

I had him out last Friday at lunch time (which was convenient for me) to rekey locks at my new house. He showed up wearing a mask and quickly got to work. There ended up being some challenges along the way - one of the locks was a keypad lock and it was a pain to remove, but he did it for the same price as a normal lock which was great. There was also one deadbolt lock that had a different key which we weren't provided with, so he replaced it with a standard deadbolt for a low price. He was able to rekey 15 locks in about an hour and a half and he provided 2 keys. He also had me take a picture of the key #, so if I ever lost them both I could just text him the picture and he'd give me a replacement for free. He's new to the area (hence the low qty reviews) but he's got a lot of experience and does a very professional in-and-out job. read more

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. From the time I made the call through the end of the service, Russ was extremely kind and very professional. Scheduling was easy and he was even able to come a little earlier. He provided good advice about the installation of the keyless entry and was very patient in teaching me how to use it. I thought the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use him in the future and feel confident recommending him to others! read more

Russell was great to work with. I reached out via Yelp messaging and he was always responsive to my inquiry and questions. I was able to get a quote and set an appointment on my preferred date and time. He arrived on time and got to work immediately to rekey our rental property. Russ was great! Easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I needed the locks changed on four doors and he changed them all quickly and easily, was done in about an hour. Super upfront when the price for two of the locks was different than what he had quoted (was a different kind of lock). Gave me extra keys for free and did a great job! Would absolutely use him again for any other lock needs :) read more

I'm not sure if 5 stars is enough. Russ showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly, did a great job, and the finished cost was less than he had estimated. He even did some other minor fixes to our door so that it would open and close properly. Fast, friendly, professional service is so rare and is always greatly appreciated. I look forward to my next experience with ServiceMaster and Russ. read more
