I had him out last Friday at lunch time (which was convenient for me) to rekey locks at my new house. He showed up wearing a mask and quickly got to work. There ended up being some challenges along the way - one of the locks was a keypad lock and it was a pain to remove, but he did it for the same price as a normal lock which was great. There was also one deadbolt lock that had a different key which we weren't provided with, so he replaced it with a standard deadbolt for a low price. He was able to rekey 15 locks in about an hour and a half and he provided 2 keys. He also had me take a picture of the key #, so if I ever lost them both I could just text him the picture and he'd give me a replacement for free. He's new to the area (hence the low qty reviews) but he's got a lot of experience and does a very professional in-and-out job. read more
