Each time we had a different agent and each time we were told a different story about what paperwork was needed to put my name as a co-owner of a leased car we decided to buy. the agent wasn't rude: she just didn't care. She neither apologized nor acknowledged the inconvenience of our experience. Saying "sorry for the inconvenience " didn't cross her mind. It was clear that she wasn't very experienced. That's fine; no one's born to a job. She then asked her coworker some questions . What bothered us is that she asked these questions in another language. She had my passport, drivers license, and other private information in front of her and she's speaking another language which we didn't understand. Don't mind her asking questions to do a better job; however, speaking in a different language while you have private information in front of you from a client is disrespectful. It's rude. Even worse: no transparency. English is not my first language, but in 30 years of dealing with clients in the public and private sectors, I've never seen this happen. ( If we were guests in a non-speaking English or French country we would understand. This was not the case. ) Poor job training, lack of common sense, inconsistent and incomplete information and disinterest in our situation was evident. A bit of empathy and willingness to help would have gone a long way. Rename this location "Lack of Service, Ontario"

This park is on the lake side and the views are so divine and breathtaking. Don't know how I missed this place before. It's so difficult to express in words how serene and beautiful this park is. Perfect place to go and relax and disconnect. You can even see Toronto Skyline from here. There is also a viewing deck, from where you can get a better overall view. This pictures don't do justice to this place. You have experience this place with your eyes. I found this park in fall and went there few times in last weeks of fall before snow. I just envy the people who live close to this place. There were few houses close by, that have balconies opening to lake view. Oh it must be so amazing to wake up everyday to this heavenly view!!

Otherwise they also have a huge skating rink, library, daycare center, squash, gym etc. the usually. Oakville is amazing for all their parks and community centers!!

Skylights letting the sunlight in, just so soothing. Love those huge tanned floor to ceiling windows that look out to the main business area. I can stay here for a while... even a whole afternoon. Not only do they have a play house, train tables but they also have this little hallway with explore tables where kids can test different fine motor skills etc. They have two program rooms where you can sign up for different programs throughout the year, some are free and some have a fee ( anywhere between $40 - $60 for 8 week program ). But you need to register quick because they go fast!! They are not only specific to this branch but all over the Oakville Libraries. You register online.

So they have now a brand new store front with the hole works of Pharmacy, Mini Grocery Store, Cosmetics etc. Went there the other day and actually was really surprised about the amazing price on butter and cold cuts!! This is our closest community centre to where we live and we just love it. The Library is a decent…read moresize and they have always some nice classes for babies and preschoolers ( which most of them you have to pre register online ). The Library has some nice comfortable sofa's but also tables with comfy chairs where you can set up your laptop with I believe free Wifi. The south facing wall is all windows and that is also where most of the sofas are situated for reading. They have a beautiful pool with a nice big slide, family change room and the life guards are very nice and friendly. They take good care of the shallow "baby pool" and make sure no rowdy kids go through there. I find they could offer a better pool schedule in terms of keep the baby pool more often open. I haven't used the rest of the facility like the fitness center etc.
