I pulled into the bay and was greeted by a young man. I apologized for being late and he assured me it was ok. He looked up my appointment and then directed me to my maintenance manager. I spoke to him and he told me it shouldn't take longer than an hour and would let me know what they found with the noise. About 45 minutes later, he spoke to me and informed me they found nothing and that everything looked good. I agreed to have my wipers changed. And about another 10 minutes, I was paying and walking out. The service was quick. I felt informed, respected, and heard. I am grateful that I found this location. I will use them again.
