But when I recently cracked a tooth and began experiencing pain, I knew it would only get worse. My wife encouraged me to finally face my fear and use the extraction as an opportunity to get back to regular dental visits. Having just enrolled in new insurance, I searched the provider directory and chose Kowalski Dental cause I liked the name. I called and explained to the receptionist that I would soon be traveling for work, and the team graciously squeezed me in the very next morning. As a tech guy, I was extremely impressed by the efficient new-patient intake process. All the forms and consent documents arrived by text, allowing me to complete everything online before my appointment. When I arrived at the Beverly office, I noticed immediately before I even walked through the door that everyone seemed to be having a genuinely good day. The staff members were smiling and laughing, and I was welcomed warmly. The appointment I had been dreading was already off to a good start. The office was also absolutely spotless and when I got to the room to be seen I noticed right away that dental tech had changed so much since the last time I had been. After my X-rays, Dr. Kowalski evaluated the cracked tooth and carefully reviewed the images for any other potential concerns. He clearly explained everything he saw and what needed to be done right away. I reluctantly agreed to have the cracked molar, which also had an abscess, extracted. Thanks to plenty of Novocain, I didn't feel a thing during the short procedure. The entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Kowalski and his team were friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout my visit. I've already scheduled a full cleaning and evaluation for next week, and I'm genuinely looking forward to working with them to restore my dental health. I had a traumatic fall which caused my front tooth to fall out (whole root) and I broke my other front tooth and both lateral teeth in half. This was a couple of days after Christmas and no one was open when I was calling from the ER, but Dr. Stanley opened up for me and saw me. Both he and Dr. Randy took care of me. After extensive treatments and recovery, I had veneers, bone graft, gum graft and implant done, I could not be more grateful or happy with the results. It's been years and I've moved to Toronto, Miami, Palm Springs, Newport Beach and LA. I've seen dentists here for cleanings and each time, they have been really impressed with the work saying how natural it looks and really beautiful job. Burba gave me back my smile after a traumatic fall and showed me so much compassion throughout my ordeal. Dr. Zakkoom is always patient, understanding, and extremely careful with me. He understands my condition and makes me feel comfortable and safe during my visits. Since becoming his patient, I haven't had a cavity in several years! I was extremely anxious about the procedure, not just in terms cost and time, but also in terms of the pain. This is a multi-specialty practice, so I appreciated that I did not need to travel to any other location to get my root canal done. I was scheduled with the Endodontist, and he made me feel very comfortable and eased all of my tensions. The procedure was truly painless! When it came to the crown for this tooth, the front desk staff was very understanding and patient with me, and made the payment plan process very easy for me to understand.
