Have yo ever been excited about going to your next dental appointment? Well I am. Today was my first appointment with Dr. Fiorelli and his staff and it was so pleasant and fun that I can't wait. My hygenist, Sarah, and the office coordinator, Laura, just couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. They are professional and gentle and fun.... They have two tvs you can watch during your treatment. Everything was pleasant even the xrays were gentle and rapid. . Dr. Fiorillo is a great character, as are his staff. This took place in 2021. During one visit, Doctor David Fiorillo actually dropped something during the procedure, and he just continued to work on my teeth. I had to spend extra time trying to communicate with him. He denies it. But based on what I have noticed, he did drop something. Also, he made one of my lower front tooth a lot thicker than how it was previously with the resin. and I have to spend more of my time, energy to have it removed and recover from this by visiting other dentists. Also, he is a very condescending and disrespectful. He even make statements such as if you still think your teeth are not white enough, we'll take you next door to spray tan you, which sounds kind of inappropriate. Stay away! read more

I moved to Boston about a year and a half ago and picked Dr. Fiorillo because of the good reviews and the fact that it is across the street from my office. I am so glad convenience worked out! Dr. Fiorillo is great- professional, honest, to the point. I've gone for regular cleanings and maintenance etc but also had an unfortunate situation where I chipped a tooth and they were quick about addressing it and being upfront about the cost (so much better than what I thought!) and working with your insurance. No more chipped tooth and no hole in my bank account either! Another thing I really like about the front office- they actually mean it when they will note and call you if there are any cancellations before your appointment. I travel a lot for work and so my time in Boston is limited and they called me five separate times before my actual appointment to accommodate me- sometimes several days in advance some times the day of. I really appreciate that they take the time and effort to give their patients the best care they can. 10/10 recommend! read more

I've been living in Boston forever with a dentist out of state and it was finally time to find someone local. Dr. Fiorillo was awesome! Great work and they're super friendly and make you comfortable. Cant say enough great things! I have recommend Dr. Fiorillo to everyone in my office and its no surprise people keep going backl From the moment you walk into the office the entire staff is friendly and warm. The receptionist always remembers your last conversation which I continue to be amazed by. The hidden gem though are the TV's on the ceiling! It really does take your mind off of the visit and it flys by! It's also nice to be able to catch up on a little daytime TV every now and then! The doctor himself always makes an appearance and you never feel rushed through like some other places. They really care about their patients and its evident in every detail of your visit. The goodie bag with a toothbrush, floss and toothpaste is also perfect for leaving in the office for those after lunch brushing session they are always reminding me about. read more

Awesome dental service, with amazingly nice staff and convenient location. When I first called in, I hadn't gone to the dentist in a long time because of a bad experience at my prior dentist (right down the street) so I was nervous about coming in and getting a cleaning. Isabel, at the front desk, was so nice and friendly and quickly booked me an appointment and sent me all the necessary paperwork ahead of time so I didn't have to come in and wait to see the hygienist. I'm sure they're busy, so my appointment was booked in a month, but I was seen a week earlier because of a cancellation which was great! The office is small but really well kept. The entire process was quick, helpful, and really what I was looking for again after leaving my favorite dentist office back home in California. The hygienist, Shana, was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt bad that I didn't take better care of my teeth recently because she really wanted to help me and make sure that I finally, at 23 years old, was able to start flossing (which I have stared for 2 days now). A quick and painless cleaning, while making sure I was comfortable at all times (and a TV on the ceiling so I could watch during the cleaning). Finally, Dr. Fiorillo came in to check up on my teeth, and I am so glad I chose this office. He was super honest and taught me things I had never learned before about dental health. I value that he was honest with me, because the last dentist I visited seemed to just want my money and booked numerous exams for routine procedures. Dr. Fiorillo talked me through his thoughts which is awesome because I better understand his process and what he's looking for while getting me back up to speed on my dental health. Truly could not have asked for a better appointment, which is lame and corny for a dentist, but I really do appreciate the help they've provided and comfort that I will always go back here for years to come. Went to Dr. Fiorello this morning after going two years without the dentist-- due in part to laziness and in part to hating my old dentist's office (Gentle Dental on Newbury St.). I was taken early, which was great-- Isabel, the office manager, even texted me to let me know I could come in early due to a cancellation. Shana cleaned my teeth and took some x-rays, and she was so friendly and nice the entire time. Dr. Fiorello was also friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little apprehensive going to a dentist who does cosmetic dentistry for a cleaning, and I thought maybe they'd try to sell me on some cosmetic services, but they just cleaned my teeth and gave me some tips for better flossing. This was really refreshing coming in from my old dentist's office, who constantly tried to sell me orthodontic services that I didn't need (Invisalign, braces, gum surgery, you name it). Also, they emailed paperwork beforehand which saved some time before my appointment. read more

I grew up knowing how important oral health is, and so I won't just let anyone work on my teeth. Dr. David Fiorillo is the best they come - and I never doubt that I'm going to get exceptional work when I visit his office. His office is small and homey - iPads and TV's to keep you occupied - and his assistant is friendly and welcoming. I have had several cavities filled by Dr. Fiorillo, including the replacement of a silver filling to white filling. He makes sure to talk you through the procedure to make you feel comfortable, but you won't even need it since you'll be so distracted by the TV on the ceiling! I've always had timely appointments leaving me with enough time to get other things done that day. I recommend Dr. Fiorillo without hesitation and promise you'll leave satisfied in your dental work and resulting bright smile! read more

All the staff at Dr. Fiorillo's practice are awesome - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. They sent me all my paperwork ahead of time. I included my medical instead of my dental insurance and they they looked me up through my company and found it in a matter of seconds. I went right in to the see the hygienist without any waiting. Dr. Fiorillo's practice is extremely nice-ipad's for you while you wait (although I didn't have to), TV's on the ceiling while you're in the chair! He and his assistant are comforting and very compassionate which was quite calming for any anxiety I had on my first visit. He is personable and straight forward with his professional judgement and work. I don't feel he is a type to perform unnecessary procedures, and he took time to make sure I understood everything he was looking at-even pulled up pictures he took onto the TV to explain what he saw. I never thought there could be a Tooth Whisperer but indeed there is. I am so glad I made the decision to meet with and entrust Dr. Fiorillo with my dental care. I whole heartedly and enthusiastically endorse his practice. The location right off the Green line in the Back Bay is super convenient. The office is really soothing and well equipped. Dr. Fiorillo is a great dentist and I look forward to going to get my teeth cleaned! His staff is very friendly and accommodating. I recently had a spray tan right before I had a cavity filled and they made sure not to let any water get on my face (silly- however I was very appreciative) He talked me through the cavity and made sure I was feeling no discomfort. The office is very clean and inviting- there are Tv's on the ceiling so you won't be bored during the procedure or in the waiting room. - I always go after work and there is enough parking after 5pm (sometimes right out front). Fantastic dentist. I was immediately impressed with how friendly his front office assistant was, and the doctor himself is very personable, charismatic, and takes the time to listen to you and explain his thoughts about your current dental situation and recommended treatment plans. I was also very impressed with how well integrated technology is into his office - there are flat panel displays everywhere (including on the ceiling for when you are laid back in the chair!) and he took some pictures of some of my problem teeth that he was then able to put on screen to discuss with me.
