Many RED flags about this office. The first is signing a WAIVER, so they are not at fault if…read moresomething goes terribly wrong. They ignore any documented outside infections that may involve the gums or teeth. Altered imaging, which is highly illegal! I have imaging from other recent dentists that prove otherwise and documented as UNDETERMINED to investigate by a proper qualified specialist such as a root tip infection which there was not. They are likely to push a root canal and crown done by their specialists. I also noticed that during a cleaning that tiny parts of tooth were missing in between filings as they were there before they started. I have proof. This is likely to start a future infection such as a treament like a root canal or fillling. They use a vibrating tool that's more like an ingraving machine you would use to etch writing on a metal tool like a wrench. The pieces I picked up off my tongue were clear and not yellow or white which would indicate tarter build up and noticed pieces missing between my filling on one tooth, which was always there for years, noticing it with my tounge and it was sharp too. DO NOT USE THIS TOOL FOR CLEANING! It likely damages the enemal and creates cavities! Yes, it's effective to remove tartar build-up but can do much more damage than a pick and rotary toothbrush. This is often witnessed by others who have treatment with this tool. Avoid it in other places, too. If they can't answer you, then walk away and note it in a review. To sum up, this practice has offered me root canals for unesesary work were the teeth dont hurt, there is no visible infection on the gums teeth or even recent or current history when in comparison. You get a different dentist every time and have no idea what the last practitioner did. They likely deform good teeth for profit! There is much more I did not mention here when compared to other dental practices that were current and I've had over the years, so please use your own caution judgments and inform yourself everything about a practice before making clear judgments. I have also noticed a reduction in patents in the waiting area and ease of getting a much sooner appointment within a days, not weeks or months time which is an indicator of a mass of clients leaving to go elsewhere since about 2021 or so. They are not all honest, so choose your dentist carefully.

Having just enrolled in new insurance, I searched the provider directory and chose Kowalski Dental cause I liked the name. I called and explained to the receptionist that I would soon be traveling for work, and the team graciously squeezed me in the very next morning. As a tech guy, I was extremely impressed by the efficient new-patient intake process. All the forms and consent documents arrived by text, allowing me to complete everything online before my appointment. When I arrived at the Beverly office, I noticed immediately before I even walked through the door that everyone seemed to be having a genuinely good day. The staff members were smiling and laughing, and I was welcomed warmly. The appointment I had been dreading was already off to a good start. The office was also absolutely spotless and when I got to the room to be seen I noticed right away that dental tech had changed so much since the last time I had been. After my X-rays, Dr. Kowalski evaluated the cracked tooth and carefully reviewed the images for any other potential concerns. He clearly explained everything he saw and what needed to be done right away. I reluctantly agreed to have the cracked molar, which also had an abscess, extracted. Thanks to plenty of Novocain, I didn't feel a thing during the short procedure. The entire experience was fantastic. Dr. Kowalski and his team were friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout my visit. I've already scheduled a full cleaning and evaluation for next week, and I'm genuinely looking forward to working with them to restore my dental health. Last hear I broke a tooth while visiting family and was recommended to Dr. Meaney from a close friend. I called and explained that I was from out of town and the squeezed me in to their already busy schedule. The office personnel and the hygienist were incredibly efficient and friendly. My dentist in Myrtle Beach said my tooth needed to be pulled but Dr Meany printed me a crown and popped it right in. At that moment I said "This is my new dentist!" Next is even more incredible... I scheduled a cleaning appointment for March so that J could visit my aging mother for her birthday and get the cleaning done at the same time. They did the cleaning but the capped tooth that I had was broken on one side... He removed it, fixed it by grinding it down and doing another full crown and while I waited he prepared the other side of my mouth for a dental implant which I never thought I would be able to get done. I have to return in June to get the actual tooth implant inserted. I'm beyond ecstatic about this. Most dentists would have set me for at least another appointment. He killed two birds with one stone and did what another dentist told me couldn't be done! I highly recommend Dr. Meany to care for you and your family's dental healthcare!
