Multiple massages were ended short and still charged full price. Nothing was explain in it's entirety. I had one appointment that never took place and was asked "what I was doing here" never once was she apologetic my date was correct I set it in my phone the day we made the appointment together in person. Mixed information was told to not drink reverse osmosis water and then was recommended "Core" water which is labeled reverse osmosis on the back of the bottle. Never received final results for holistic consultation asked for a fair refund of half and never got a reply back. Initially the interaction went well then after I became a client it was all downhill I strongly feel the business can't handle its current rate of business therefore it's overwhelming the owner. read more

I went for a deep tissue massage at the Sebastian, Florida location. I absolutely loved it! I've had many massages before and this was by far the best. Samantha, the massage therapist, knows what she is doing. She is well-trained - a true expert at what she does. The location was clean and welcoming. The best mani pedi I've gotten! They use Zoya , which is already a win with me but Nichole took her time and made my experience relaxing. It's a spa atmosphere with affordable pricing. My mani made it through washing dogs and laundry that very afternoon and did not chip! Very sanitary and so very relaxing. The massages are fantastic as well! I look forward to every appointment . I don't know about you but I want to relax in peace while I get a massage. To top it all off, she didn't massage the area I told her was having problems with because she was probably too distracted by her own drama. I was gifted a Groupon for a facial at Serenity Solutions by a family member. It took me multiple calls over a period of two days to get someone to answer the phone. They quickly gave me an appointment two days from the date I called and a 2pm appointment (Which I wrote down). When I was taking a shower right before the given appointment time I missed a call from Serenity Solutions. The voicemail said (left by Nicole) that my appointment was for 1pm and there would be a $29 cancelation fee. Fair enough, I thought I must have misheard the appointment time and was looking to reschedule. It took two calls this time to get someone on the phone. The man (who did not identify himself) that answered was extremely disrespectful and hostile. He clearly could not care either about this predicament or even being a respectful human being. He further demanded that I pay a $149 cancelation fee immediately. I hung up on this looser. Contacted Groupon about this matter and purposefully missed a call I received back from Serenity Solutions. They did not leave a message. Please be careful using this service and my advice would be to avoid this business at all costs. Its not worth the stress, when your trying to destress. Hopefully this review will teach them some manners. read more

Patrice at Serenity Solutions is AMAZING! My daughter is a competitive gymnast and her back, shoulders and hips had severe muscle tightness causing her to have increased pain and skill regression. We got to the point where she could no longer even do a hand stand. Patrice observed my daughter and immediately was able to assess the problem, apply tape in an intricate way to allow my daughters spine to realign and her hand stand immediately returned. It was such a phenomenal experience to utilize sports medicine in such a way to not cause my daughter any pain or anxiety. Patrice truly cares about her patients and always puts their needs and concerns into consideration when doing her job. I can't say enough good things about her and recommend her to anyone and especially those with sports injuries. read more

If I could give it negative stars, I would. The location I went to was dirty and smelly. Sheets in massage room were stained and had holes in them. Massage therapist uses lotion that can be bought at Walmart or target as massage lotion. Owner was rude and so unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere. This business is not worth it. read more
