Next day I crashed, went to quality healthcare urgent walk in. They took me in, assessed me and started an iv with antibiotics immediately. The pills the hospital gave me were useless. Long story short, it took 8 days of iv antibiotics to begin to feel better and they monitored me every 3 days for 2 weeks. They were extremely cautious and attentive. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, but they NEVER rush you out like you're on a timer which of course puts them behind. They have NEVER pushed supplements, I've had to ask for vitamins, etc that might be helpful. All in all...I was very happy with this practice. Unfortunately we have moved out of state and I miss them!

The day I walked into her office was particularly bad; I literally could not move my left arm at all. After just one treatment, I was astounded to have regained 70% of the motion in my left arm! After 12 treatments, my shoulder was 100% back to normal! A month ago, after a particularly rough bout with Covid, I suddenly found my left rotator cuff and right knee were giving me a great deal of pain. Fortunately, I knew where to turn. I went to Kate and after just 6 treatments, my shoulder and knee are in great shape. My experience with Kate Hoffman at Vero Acupuncture has been 100% positive. Unlike some physicians who listen to you recite your symptoms, then say, "uh huh ... uh huh ... come back in 3 months", Kate listens, takes notes, then checks with you after the treatment. "How does it feel now?" I strongly recommend Kate Hoffman and Vero Acupuncture. Without reservation, I can give her the highest compliment you can give any physician: you can TRUST her to give you the best care possible.

She stated she was the only one there then became very rude and belligerent and hung up on me after I told her if she was one of my employees I would immediately fire her for her unprofessionalism and lack of empathy. It is a shame that I was not able to make an appointment with a facility that was highly recommended to me just because of the first impression I received from a receptionist who obviously did not want to be at work today. I was really counting on receiving my therapy there. Also, the Facility will be losing the monetary revenue that my insurance would have paid.
