My insurance company tells me one thing about my coverage and the office is getting a different answer from Florida Blue, which ends up having me pay an $85.00 copay for each visit which I could afford but do not feel is necessarily correct per my Florida Blue contact. Don't see any resolution here so may have to change to another PT, but they are so busy I don't think they really care one way or another...
