Ive been thinking about this review over and over, really bothered me and thought the Dr should know how his staff treats his patients. I was a new patient about three months ago. Walked into the office for the first time, Was NOT even greeted, not a hello, welcome, how can I help you.. NOTHING! Rude and cold. I thought ok, this can't be the norm so continued my care. Every single time I walked into the office I can tell you NOT once did either of the girls ever greet me. I thought, wow, this must just me, so as I waited in the waiting room, I observed how they greeted others. NOOOOOOOOOO form of any hello, how are you, nothing. Literally was lucky if anyone made eye contact. Just called you back and made no convo. Intentionally I would start convos only to get responses you could tell killed them to carry. I visited the dr atleast ten more times because I did get relief but the final straw was calling to inquire about how they billed my insurance because I noticed nothing being billed. The way the front office handled my questions was ridiculous! Rude, literally had to beg them to submit to my insurance so I could get credit towards my deductible, because again, there is a REASON I pay for insurance. I hope Dr Patel reads this and actually takes in consideration how these girls make his patients feel. As a business owner, I would want someone to tell me. Lastly, I didn't want to make a public review, I wanted the dr to call so I could explain the situation. I asked the gal when asking her to submit to my insurance to please have the dr call and its been three weeks, no call. I'm quite certain she didn't pass the message as Dr Patel seems to be very professional. Take this review for what it's worth but if you're looking for a friendly , family oriented office, this isn't the one.

At about #10 of 15 sessions I started feeling pain in my lower back which went from moderate to intolerable and my left leg started going numb. I finally told him about it, he angrily told me that it was because I did not have much left in my lower spine which he had been adjusting. After I told him that I would not using him ,he said "Perfect" and immediately talked about billing me for extra money. Use at your own risk.

After seeing my X-rays taken on site by Dr. Paul Grimm, I learned that my injuries were far greater than just discomfort and he set me up on a chiropractic plan that had me feeling good as new in about 12 weeks. I'm able to workout and compete in 5k races without feeling any pain in my neck and back. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is very upbeat with very friendly staff. I was always able to come in at times that fit my work schedule perfectly and I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get treated. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs chiropractic help. I will continue to get treatments here for my overall health and to improve on my exercise performance.
