Visiting a chiropractor was a first, but it was well worth it. My wife had been suffering very bad neck problems. They kept getting worse, so we decided to try a less traditional route. The chiropractor was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He used these little electronic hammer things to literally move your backbones. I was very skeptical at first. But literally in minutes, my wife was able to move her neck farther, and with less pain! He also recommended a medical massage at the office. After two chiropratic sessions and two massages, my wife no longer has any neck issues. What was really nice was that he also looked at other issues, while we were there. He noticed my wife's shoes. They were worn much more on one side than the other. So he used his little hammers to adjust the way she walked. If I had not seen my wife walking differently afterwords, I wouldn't have believed it myself!!! read more

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Scienski is. I heard about him through a friend, and eventually my whole family (parents, sister, husband, etc) was going to see him as well as many of our friends. I have been to multiple other chiropractors and Dr. Scienski is above and beyond the best. I visited Dr. Scienski throughout my pregnancy and had a very enjoyable pregnancy. My daughter has visited him since she was three days old and he has always been able to ease teething discomfort or combat any sickness. Similarly, as soon as I felt a bout of mastitis coming, straight to Dr. Scienski's I would go and would feel better immediately. Dr. Scienski is incredibly comprehensive. His office offers medical massage which has been amazing! Similarly, he will talk about any supplements or natural alternatives to aid any ailment. He has helped my husband get his Type 1 diabetes on track, he has helped me manage post partum issues, weight loss, colds, flu, etc. He is the first place we go to and often ends up being the only doctor we see. Dr. Scienski takes the time to get to know you and to talk with you about your concerns and questions. Dr. Ardell genuinely makes me feel better and genuinely cares. He can usually tell what's wrong with me before I can tell him. One of the most important things about his practice is he doesn't want you to come any more than you need to. I've been to chiropractors that make you do a weekly appointment crack you twice and collect their insurance money or make you subscribe to their service! He is not one of them. I've been to any number of chiropractic offices over the years, and, to be honest, most of them have been pretty darned good. Dr. Scienski stands hands above them all. He's friendly, never condescending, cares about me as a whole patient, not just about my back, and I always leave there feeling better. Professionally, the office is extremely well run, very organized, very clean and again, very friendly. I've been able to see him on very short notice for emergencies as well as for scheduled appointments; I almost always get in as soon as I get there, and have yet to have to wait past my appointment time - and yet, when I'm the patient, it never seems as though he's rushing through the appointment. He also spends time discussing nutrition and general health care, as well as answering my questions. I do martial arts and lots of other sports and never hesitate to get involved in strenuous activities - but I'm also getting older, and all those activities take a toll.
