A few months ago, I began experiencing tightness and soreness in my shoulders upon awakening. My…read moreresearch suggested that it was simply because of sleeping on my side. I started using Voltarem to no avail. Eventually, my primary physician took an Xray and saw no damage. I then went to a massage therapist and, concurrently,a chiropractor, which gave me some relief but not much. My wife suggested that I see an Acupuncturist so I looked for one nearby. Fortunately I selected this one and she was able to give me immediate relief while providing a detailed explanation of the procedure. It took three trips to loosen the shoulders and reduce the pain. I have stopped the massage therapist and the chiropractor and also now on a maintenance program with her. She has a great personality and highly experienced. .

I've been going to HFC for the last several years and have gotten to see how they continue to expand and make their practice more patient friendly. All of the chiropractors are highly knowledgeable and are a great fit for anyone who's never been to a chiropractor before. I have several family members who are chiropractors, so we are very picky about who we go to. This practice focuses on holistic care that goes beyond the bandaid solution to actually address the problem. I always tell people that I refer to HFC to write down the pain they are feeling now and where it is so that you can look back and see how far you've come. For me, it was those times that I woke up and realized how long it had been since I experienced debilitating migraines or even had a headache. Dr. Beth and her staff are exactly what chiropractics should be- trustworthy, knowledgeable, caring and invested in your long term health. They are not like these places that get you in and out after a car accident or believe in selling you a bunch of products just to make a buck off of you. Everything they do is with intention and I will always give out more referrals to them because of how much I appreciate their care. They are a unicorn in the medical field- don't waste your time at other places!

But neither one were able to to resolve my plantar fasciitis. Ten years ago I ended up at Free Motion and Anthony was able to make my plantar fasciitis go away. This time my plantar fasciitis flared up after a 9 hr plane trip in October. I saw a podiatrist, then my MD, then an Orthopedic specialist that referred me to a physical therapist near his office. After several weeks of no real improvement I asked to again be sent to Free Motion as they cured my Plantar fasciitis 10 yrs ago. Once again seeing Anthony at Free Motion has worked their magic on my feet and with one more week to go I'm well on my way to finally being pain free again. Felt they were efficient, knew what I needed and gave me a good start on my road to recovery. Fortunately I had great insurance at the time and my visits were covered. Fast forward to now (Feb. 2016) and I needed some more PT per my ortho surgeon to help strengthen my right hip to help with some pain management. There is now a new registered PT there, very nice and knowledgeable, but I'm having a problem with my insurance. My insurance company tells me one thing about my coverage and the office is getting a different answer from Florida Blue, which ends up having me pay an $85.00 copay for each visit which I could afford but do not feel is necessarily correct per my Florida Blue contact. Don't see any resolution here so may have to change to another PT, but they are so busy I don't think they really care one way or another...

I have only had one other experience with accupuncture at another local practice, but I felt compelled to try another practice for a variety of reasons. Today, I knew FIM was exactly what I was looking for. Rey Anne immediately greeted me exuding friendliness and warmth. Megan at the front desk at check out was also exceptionally helpful and informative about the services offered making sure I get the most out of my visits. The facilities themself felt very clean, bright, and welcoming. I found Dr. Cesar Armoza extremely helpful. He immediately identified my posture as the source for my pain and challenges. He took the time to offer tips, suggestions and helped me understand various aspects of my treatment plan. I received a regiment of acupuncture, electrical pulses, and homeopathic injections to address my top three concerns. Immediately, I was able to find some relief and have a direction to correct the source of my pains. My masseuse, Diane, was also informative discussing areas of my inflammation and sampled a variety of techniques (cupping, hot stone, and vibration) to address my problem areas. I felt as though everyone was working as a team and everything very timely. I was never waiting and felt that they valued my time as well. I am so happy that I found FIM and I look forward to ongoing treatment sessions!

I feel 1000% safe letting her adjust my toddler. She has the extra years of medical school to do pediatrics, and she's just SO sweet. She's been a God send for my daughter. My 18 month old (who's SUPER strong willed) let Leslie adjust her at the first visit absolutely no problem! Now when I tell my daughter we're going to see Mrs Leslie for "click clicks" she gets SO EXCITED. They even sell little toy adjusters for them to play with at home, and she adjusts me and her baby dolls with it! There's no crazy physical manipulation or twisting/cracking, just the clicker and she puts her finger underneath it for extra comfort, plus some fun jumps at the end. My daughter started sleeping better the same night, and she's been sleeping through the night (11-13 hrs) since then! Her whole attitude has improved, bowel movements became more regular, the list goes on! We started going every week, and now we're down to every 3 weeks. Goal being as need be, every month or two, or after any major tumbles. The office is clean and inviting, with a train table to play with while you wait (which is never long!), and toys in the room to help kiddos relax. The woman at the front desk is so friendly and their scheduling is easy-peasy. 100/10 recommend. We're customers for life! I tell everyone I know to go give her a try!
