I found out what her schedule was and actually stopped into the salon to meet her and to talk to her about what I was looking for show her pictures like I did the lady before and discuss what she could do. I felt confidence after speaking with Shannon and made an appointment for the next day. I showed up for my appointment a few minutes before and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and. Good morning,which actually made me feel comfortable. Shannon sat me down and we discussed what I wanted and.... Didn't. Through the whole process we talked , and she took her time and wasn't at in a hurry. Shannon really made me feel comfortable and at ease. When it was all said and done. I am Very happy!!! I sat with bleach on my hair unchecked as she took several other clients. Next appointment- same thing and started highlights in the back of my hair vs the front despite my saying (or maybe because I asked?) I'd like to be brighter around my face and part. I believe they are mostly concerned about their pocketbooks and if you have a problem it is torture to get back in and obviously they want you to pay for it!
