She ruined my hair cause she was in a hurry to go on a date instead of finishing the job with integrity. When I reached out to the salon owner Melissa she got angry cause she didn't want to fix someone else's screw up and not get paid. She was mean, rude and acted like this was my fault! She is the owner and it's her responsibility to keep the clients happy, but she did not care about this or how it affected me. I had another color specialist look at my hair this weekend and she was shocked that a hair stylist of 30 years could make such a horrible mistake.
