My highlights bled and instead of fixing all the bleeds individually like she should've, she completely panicked and covered all my new highlights with permanent brown dye which has now turned orange! She ruined my hair cause she was in a hurry to go on a date instead of finishing the job with integrity. She is the owner and it's her responsibility to keep the clients happy, but she did not care about this or how it affected me. I had another color specialist look at my hair this weekend and she was shocked that a hair stylist of 30 years could make such a horrible mistake.
