Christy & Reagan are magnificent. Reagan has done my nails twice. He is talented, professional easy to recognize he's been doing this for quite a while . So as Christy. I watch her working, since her Station is next to Reagan. These two talented Nail Techs are meticulous, I've been getting the Healthy Nail Powder Nail coating. Feels great not to have all the old fashion drilling and unhealthy powder, getting all over clothing and specially in my lungs. Not to mention I no longer use tips. My own nails have been growing very fast. They feel and look healthy. Since, they use a good brand. You may want to attention to that or don't hesitate to ask. What brand are you using? Last shop I patronized here. Their powder made me very suspicious. 1) Labeling on Container(was hand written). 2) She used the UV light. True Healthy Nail does not need UV Light. ***Ask for Details. Don't hesitate. Here at this Salon if not satisfied w/the info you get from a Tech. Ask to speak to Reagan or Christy. There are NO communication issues. Aside from that they both converse with their customers. Have a great sense of humor. Reagan told me he was born here(Without me asking)Hence, I was telling him, the only thing my grandkids said in Spanish was Hola, Gracias, De Nada(You're Welcome)lol Why all this info?? I just want to report that all workers except one were friendly and had masks on except one lady named Leslie, who coughed 8 feet away from me while i was getting a pedicure...and I said "where is your mask" and she replied, "I don't need to wear one - I'm not working on a customer" WTF another employee said "she has allergies" I dont know that, nor should I be put in a position to be potentially be exposed to the virus over one ignorant employee. In today's society, everyone in an establishment should be wearing a mask, if it's required for us to wear one in their establishment ALL employees should be wearing one- it makes no difference if she's working on a client or not - she coughed her germs into the air WITHOUT A MASK regardless. I've been here twice and I like how the employees are very personable. They know all their customers by first names and what their preferences are. The salon is always clean and neat and most important, it doesn't smell. Some places the odor is so strong it gives me a headache but not this place. There is really good ventilation. I always feel better leaving with a clear head and beautiful nails and toes. They have a great variety of colors for gels, SNS, DnD and regular polish. It's a tough business... like any customer relations. I think most people should have an idea of what they prefer and like but also shouldn't be expecting to come in with ridiculous requests and expect for people to make miracles happen. Everyone's nails are different, and you can't expect everything to be looking the same if you show a picture. These people are artists... never will you find 2 artists that are the same. We went in for my friends appointment, at first they didn't even ask what shape she wanted, they originally said they could do the design but half way through she said she couldn't, they cut her multiple times and she was bleeding on multiple fingers, the lady put acetone on her cut to "stop the bleeding". She filed the cut over and over making it worse. There are bumps, hair, and debris in her nails. read more

Apparently new owners and new people! They are terrible! My daughter went in today with a picture and they said they could do it then half way through said they couldn't. Didn't ask shape and barely spoke English. Cut my daughter several times....bleeding! Put acetone on the cut and kept filing. Worst job ever. My daughter said she felt bad to stick up for herself. DON'T go to Luxury Nails - please read: Today my grandson (12 yrs old) and I went to get a pedicure. I opted for the deluxe $40. for each of us. They started on my pedicure and they had my grandson soak his feet until they had available staff to do his. They finally started his pedicure 25 minutes after mine and spent less than 15 minutes on his. I asked if I would be paying for the Deluxe @ $40 and they first said "Yes" and and I said "I think NOT" as he only had a 12 to 15 minute pedicure. That would equate to $3. a minute - $40 for 15 minutes- That's just CRAZY!!!! They gave me a discount at check out $35 Instead of $40 - Are you Kidding? WORST SALON EVER!!! This place is such a con job!! I went in for a fill, she convinced me to do a full set then said the she would do it for $47.00 which is $10.00 over what the fill was so ok no problem. Then said that she would do the "Healthy Nails" for free. NEVER DID MY FULL SET!!!! Still charged me $47.00 and would not correct it because she " already put the power on. " Also I got the Cat Eye nail Polish. They suck at doing that. You really can not see the cat eye. I have had a better job at worse place. I basically paid for a manicure with gel polish. $47.00. That is unheard of and got nothing for it!! Two finger dips in acrylic with gel polish. A friend and I went to luxury nails to have pedicures. My friends pedicure was started until another customer came in. The technician left my friend soaking and went to do s manicure on another customer. The technician who worked on my feet used the pumice stone on my feet until I had two raw spots. Seems the language barrier is great when concerns are expressed about something but non existent when all is fine. I will not go back. read more

This place definitely sucked first they couldn't get the shape of my nail right even after I showed them pictures of what I wanted then they tried to take them completely off and redo them THE NEXT DAY I apologized for the inconvenience of me not liking the nails and the couple was nice about it at first then the next day the man in the store gave us major attitude and kept blaming us for the way our nails looked. My nails turned out so ugly; my gems (which I only had 3 on each hand) all fell off with in 2 days one fell off not even 10 minutes after I left the salon. I just didn't have the time or patience to go back. on top of that my nails are shorter then what I asked, have very thick acrylic, and my polish is horrible faded and scratched and just plan lazy!! Very disappointed in this place and will never go back!!!!!!! I also had my daughter with me to get her nails done and they are a f***ing mess there are patches of paint missing in the corners of her nails and are crooked !!!STAY AWAY!!! P.s. I had looked for a salon for a long time I first went to Lux about 6 weeks ago and loved it Andy was great. I went back in two weeks and they were in a hurry so I ended up with a fungus & I still went back & yet again this person was in a hurry and constantly watching the clock and asking what time it was when they didn't close for another hour and a half. I got a full set of dipped nails done less then a week ago and 4 nails have already broken off. I went back in to fix the first two and then two more immediately broke off again the day after I had them fixed. They make the nails very thin and fragile (also they're very bumpy and crooked so they don't even look good) so when I asked for a refund they're response was "we don't do refunds". Maybe if the people who worked there were nice I'd be willing to overlook the bad quality of the nails but everyone aside from one person there was very rude/uninviting. The girl that did my nails was checking her watch every few seconds, stopped in the middle of doing my nails to text multiple times, and was overall very rude. Not to mention that two nails broke in my sleep and the other broke while I was trying to open a pack of diapers. You can see in the picture that the nails break off exactly where the acrylic went so they're just not meant to last here and with how much I paid that's not okay. Don't go here unless you want to waist your money because if you aren't satisfied they will not accommodate you. read more

What a con work place, I'm going to report them to the Better Business Borough, three people went to do my feet, I haven had a pedicure in 4 months because of illness, they didn't clean the cuticles, when it was time for the manicure, the guy didn't clean the cuticles and put so much acetone into the bottle that the nail polish came off the same night, and the next day was Easter, I had to remove it and the charge was $45 read more

So I've been coming here since June of 2018. I came to see what the Healthy nails was all about. Let me tell you I've loved them ever since!! I'm one to get my nails done and go back for a refill maybe one time then I stop going back. I haven't stop since I came. I LOVE that with the healthy nails it gives your nails nutrient and that they take off your healthy nail set and put a new set on without having tips on every time at no extra charge. My nails always come out looking perfect, they don't chip and they last 3 to 4 weeks! I highly recommend visiting this salon and ask for Reagan or Christie! I asked for a basic manicure and that was the end of the friendly service. I think she worked on my nails MAYBE 5 minutes tops. I almost said at the end, "that's it?" Chipped hours later.
