Super nice people who work here!:) Great at upselling! A nail shop is a nail shop is a nail shop, nothing special here and they could probably dust a bit more. I like them for the price and the location. You can trust me, they are busy whenever I go ;D read more

Nail Salon was clean, decorated nicely and quiet. . I had an appointment with Hannah, the salons' manager. I had a manicure with dipped color and a spa pedicure. Hannah was delightful. The end result was beautifully done. I will definitely return. read more

Great experience at Phoenix. I had a pedicure and dip nails. The nail tech was Nathalie. She was pleasant and did a great job. read more

Hannah is the best and takes pride in her work! Kevin is excellent too but not friendly. The shop is very messy and full of clutter on the shelves. The tables are very messy and dusty . The shop needs a deep clean. I have been to 3 other places to compare but this one is the best! read more

I work in fine dining and get manicures often (& all over the country) this was the manicure ever, maybe they don't realize that men like clean nails too, she didn't even scrape them hardly shaped them and did not do any buffing. complete waste of time and money. her nails were so long she could hardly work the clippers, what a joke !!young, inexperienced and did not care one bit. 1 star is 5 stars too many read more

Kevin @ Phoenix consistently does a fabulous job with my nails! I get Dip and they last without chipping or breaking off, until I return 3 weeks later, due to nail growth...and they look amazing!!! Their prices are in-line or better than other salons in the area. They are conveniently centrally located near Sam's. Really glad I found this place.....and Kevin! Highly recommend! read more

I'm not impressed. Natalie usually does my nails and she does an excellent job. Unfortunately, she's not always available . The last time I went, I did not have a good experience. The man that did my nails did not speak English. I chose not to speak bc I didn't understand him. Another tech came over and told me I must speak English to him so he can learn English. I always suspected they talk about their customers while they are there. AnywZy, I go to another nail salon and am very happy. read more

This place deserves more than 3.5 stars. They were so welcoming and friendly. I walked in and was immediately taken care of even though they were full. I had a design request and they did amazing! They were so accommodating and provided excellent service. read more

I've followed 2 of the nail tech who do excellent work.both Natalie & her sister in law Cindy.they are all related family members, the problem is very disrespectful.Cindy is talking on her phone with one hand and massaging you with the other. She has gone from being being someone you could schedule to being just about the money. Natalie just out right doesn't care and is only about the money, I've made appointments and showed up always havecto wait,or she hasn't been there or the male owner though nice doesn't do a good job at all did my nails. The salon isn't the cleanest, they thin down their products and do not have clean technique. I still went because they are both good.but not they simple do who pays the biggest tip and truly zero loyalty to customers who have come for years. Last time Natalie asked if I wanted massage...so I thought do you want a tip. I actually have a $100 GC I had away to a co-worker, after repeatedly trying to make an appointment at 530 which is my only time...its sad but I'd rather have a loyal tech, hair stylist etc then be constantly dealing with unprofessional nonsense read more

If anyone has questions about this place, these are my nails 3 weeks after Tasha did an amazing job with dipping powder. Do not hesitate to go to this place. I tried with different girls in this nail salon and they did a very amazing job but Tasha was my favorite. Once it was a new technician doing my nails and there was the guy who is doing the checking-in, checking the technician's job to be sure that she was doing it right and she did an amazing job. I love that they care about the customer and looking always to please them. read more

The staff was hurried and distracted. The lady had her baby there and was looking at him while doing my nails. Should have been looking at my nails. I got powder dip and 2 days later I had 3 nails chipping and cracking. A could days later a whole nail popped off while shuffling through paperwork. Not a very good manicure. Walmart literally did a better job. read more

Mani ($15) and 10 minute neck massage ($10) were fabulous. Excellent and priced fairly. I went to Quan.

I have been going to the same tech for years and she always does a great job. I called at the last minute due to illness and was assigned to a male tech. I am hearing impaired and I have a very hard time with accented English, so I am quiet when my nails are done. My experience was painful. The tech kept the grinder in the same spot on my nail too long, hit the flesh next to my nail so that it burned when the acetone was put on to remove the polish in 2 places, kept bending my fingers to straighten them out ( maybe I was subconsciously trying to protect them). Then, another male tech comes over and tells me that I must talk to my tech so he can get better at his English. He does this twice. That is not why i am here. Next, I hear them commenting on English and laughing. I had no idea what they were talking about , but i was uncomfortable enough to tell them i was not coming back. I just wanted my nails done read more

very clean and professional total vibe and my name is phoenix so it was absolutely perfect! the man who did my nails ATE AND LEFT NO CRUMBS! HE SLAYYYYEDD true art at its finest, and they offer a lil massage afterwards so nice and relaxing read more

Very professional and clean. They have a variety of pedicures, i recommend getting on that has a longer massage. Everyone that works there is experienced and friendly. I would recommend Natalie, she takes her time with you. I do the powder dip and she is excellent. I love the neck massage at the end! I would highly recommend. read more

I had an acrylic fill in with gel polish & holographic powder on Wednesday evening. My nails began chipping Thursday morning & by Friday morning they looked like this. I've never had gel just wear away from my nails in a matter of hours or a fill chip within 48 hours. I won't even return to touch up my nails seeing as I paid $45 for this fill & it's the worst job I've had in a long time. I don't have the patience to sit again and rework my schedule for a fix I'm sure will chip before the week is up. read more

So glad to have discovered Phoenix Nail Spa!!! I went in for a SNS/Healthy Nails French manicure and it turned out beautifully, thanks to my nail tech, Thuc! He and his colleagues were not only talented, they were also super friendly and personable! Also, I would like to note how clean the salon is. This salon does great work, but only two people work there half the time only 1 person is physically there and you can never get in. They tell you come back 4 hours later. Good work again, but not enough to wait for. read more

Worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I received a gel manicure, the clear top coat used must have been used on a white color before me so all of my purple nails had white streaks in them. The worst part was the pedicure. The entire pedicure hurt. I knew something was wrong. I ended up with a skin infection so bad I needed toe surgery to remove half of my toe nail. Doctor confirmed it was solely from the pedicure received. read more

I started coming here out of curiosity. Moved down here from NY and was trying to establish places on where to get my nails etc done. I walked in here by chance since I had gone to another facility which didn't do that great of a job. I have come here 3 times already and I won't go anywhere else! Love the work they do and the place is clean and love being there when I get my nails done. I recently got acrylics and they do such a phenomenal job. Love my nails. read more

I just moved here and was referred to Phoenix by co-workers. I walked in at 6, they close at 7:30, I asked for a fill with gel and the one guy in sight checked with someone in the back and then came back and said "we can't, were almost closed." You close in an hour and a half...okay. Ill find somewhere else to go read more

Hands down the BEST manicure I have ever gotten. I live in the cocoa beach area and was only down this way for a quick weekend trip at Vero Beach for a friend's birthday. She decided she wanted to get her nails done as one of the activities for the weekend. I was definitely on board as my current ANC manicure was needing some TLC. We found this place by chance and have zero regrets. The nail techs that worked on our manicures were friendly, personable, and energetic. They were also focused and paid close attention to detail and were able to provide exactly what we wanted in regards to color, length, shape, and even thickness of the healthy nail manicure. Not to mention, the two nail techs were some of the fastest I have ever had but it did not compromise the quality or craftsmanship of the final product. Prices are reasonable, and a major plus is they accept tips on a card. I love this salon so much I will be driving from cocoa beach to get my nails done from now on. It has a Great atmosphere and a variety of services, I will definitely be returning! read more

I had an awful experience at this nail salon. I went in for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was fine (which is why I gave the 2 stars) but my manicure was a disaster. He ruined my nails by how he removed my gel polish, he was extremely painful and he didn't complete the steps for gel so my nails chipped that day. I was extremely disappointed. read more

Very nice salon very professional and the prices are reasonable the staff has taken extra safety precautions and the shop is super clean.

I've been here for a mani-pedi & a wax & the service was fine until today. I won't be back. I walked in shortly after 12 noon. One girl was giving a pedicure to a customer. No one else was there. I asked for a wax & was told, "We're busy." She might have said, "Come back at 2," or "Would you like to make an appointment for later?" This place doesn't need my business. So many other salons nearby who welcome & appreciate their clients. read more

What happened to Thuc????!!!! He was the best nail artist In Vero! I called for my two week appointment this past week and sure enough I was told he isn't there anymore. :( :( :( I told the man on the phone I'd prefer one of the females that was there w him and I got a grunt. When I went in for my appointment I got the man I talked to. All of my nails broke within two days and chipped most of the polish off within two days of my vacation. I will never use this salon again! If anyone knows where Thuc went please let me know!!! read more

Had a wonderful experience at Phoenix Nail Spa. Peter did an excellent gel manicure. Will definitely return.

My friend and I both went to Phoenix nail for the first time for pedicures. My friend had Anna and I didn't get my guys name. They both were a little rough when trimming our cuticles; we both had to tell them to lighten up a few times and my friends toes even hurt today. Not sure if they were new, but didn't really scrub hard at all when we asked and the massages were very limp handed. They spent over an hour on our feet but it wasn't the most pleasant experience! Not going back when we have 80 other choices in Vero. read more
