We moved here in July,, I was looking for a nail salon. I went to a few places & just was not satisfied. I saw Bella nails on Oslo road & tried it. I am so glad I did. I walked in & there was laughter & smiles through out the place. The owner Lynn was super friendly. I made an appointment with Ann. She is now my forever nail tech! She did a great job. Mani & Pedi. I have been going for months & have always been satisfied. I had a chip out of my big toe nail & Ann put a little patch on it. I didn't ask she offered! The place is clean & always accommodating. I've gone to this nail place for a year now. The owners are very friendly. But these past two times I've had an older shorter gentleman do my pedicure. He's not very pleasant, kind of scolded me last time because I didn't put my feet where he wanted them. Wasn't going to back this time but thought I would give the place one more try since it's close to my house. Lo and behold I get him again and he has the the same ole unpleasant attitude. My husband goes with me and he gets a very nice, pleasant lady! This guy was clipping my nails and clip a part of my toe and it hurt. Looked at me crazy when I said it hurt. Then when scraping my feet he scraped my bunion and I jumped and asked him to stop and tried showing him where he cut me. Then when he went to paint my toes I had to show him where it was bleeding. He never said sorry and just took this stuff and blew on my cut and proceeded to press hard to stop the blood. It didn't bleed much but the stuff he put on stung! Again didn't apologize or anything! I went in with a skort on and he gave me a towel to put on me. When I got up after the pedicure my shirt and now my toes were full of white dust, like the towel had been used before for nail filing. After I complained about my toes having white dust stuck to them he did fix those toes but was again not sorry that it happened! Last but not least my husband paid our bill in cash so we could get the 3.99% discount. Gave him and the other lady a $5 tip. Right when we were finished he came back in from smoking his cigarette and said we owed more money for removing my old gel paint on my toes. I've never been asked to $5 for that before and last time the owner rung me up! Definitely the last time we go here....not a relaxing pedicure at all!!!! read more

Went there for first time for nails and pedicure. Pedicure was good. Was talking into mail tips and a procedure called healthy nails. For the next two week , five tips fell off. When revisiting, one was repaired at no charge, however upon second repair visit was told my nails were dry and was charged $25.....their mistake. I will not return, nor will I recommend to anyone. read more

I went in tonight for a pedicure with my mom and, honestly, we are normally quite picky about our pedicures so we were nervous about trying a new place. Thankfully, we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency we found in Bella Le Nail. My mom had her pedicure done by Lynn (I believe) and Aaron did my pedicure. We were just looking for a nice clean up and color change and overall, they did a phenomenal job, were incredibly friendly, and made the overall experience seamless. New to the area. Needed a pedicure. Thought I would give this place a try. No ingrown nails nothing. Everything was fine. The young man clipped my nails shorter than I expected but it was fine. Place was nice. The next day my toe was hurting. Idk why. It was getting worse. Hard to walk. Corner of my toe was red and inflamed. I called them. Thought it was infected. I went back. The manager said. It was an ingrown toenail. She got some tools. Sat me in a chair. She started trying to remove the ingrown nail. Idk what she was doing. The pain from her removing the nail was so intense that I almost passed out. Honestly I don't think it should have been that bad. I had my former nail tech. Remove it and I never felt anything. After she removed the nail. I was so sick to my stomach. I left. A couple days later. My toe was very sore and swollen and red. And had white pus oozing. I had a very bad infection from what she did. Not I'm on antibiotics and medication and still dealing with the infection. Please be careful with this place. I thought I was going to lose my toe. It's going to be a very long time before I get another pedicure. I wish I could just give no stars. read more

There was almost no foot massage with the "Deluxe" pedicure ($40!), which is half the reason i get pedicures! I asked for a manicure with no polish and the tech took my old polish off, cut and filed my nails and charged full price (no massage or anything). Ultimately my toes never dried and so I smudged them 3 hours later! Argh. Will not go back. read more

this is Le Nails next to the Winn Dixie on Oslo and 27th. THIS PLACE IS FILTHY. They use dirty tools and unsterile cuticle trimmers. There is nail dust on every surface. No towel was used to cover the workspace during my manicure. Huge language barrier. The UV light (for gel dries) was covered in dust. Just imagine what you cannot see. Came in here and needed to get my feet done. My nail tech was very thorough in cleaning my feet and carefully cutting cuticles. The massage was very relaxing and the space was clean. I would definitely come back and get another pedicure. read more

I made this appointment for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure since they have been in business for so long and it is close to my home. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! The first impression is that it is not very clean inside. I should have turned around then. I really needed this to be done asap since I am leaving on a much belated honeymoon early sat am. So I sucked it up and went in. First it was a guy who did my acrylics. He answered the phone midway saying that he would "be there to pick them up before that time" well then he started skipping steps and rushed through it. My nails are lumpy, uneven, and the sides are glued to my skin. The lengths are not even either. He then spoke to a woman and told me, she will finish your nails and he left. She was a nice person as far as I could tell, but she used the pumice for like a second (my feet needed some attention after a few days in Disney in sandals!) while the lady next to me got the royal treatment, getting the blade and all! Then she polished my nails without putting any lotion on my legs or feet. A foot massage is one of the best parts of a pedi!!! she cleaned the pumice with a scrub brush in the water that me feet were still in then splashed my feet with it!!!! I just sat there and stewed, afraid to open my mouth. The place was empty when I arrived but come 4:30, like 5 people came in asking for pedis. By this time the guy was back and started asking her every 2 min the same thing. I'm sure he asking how much longer till I was done. This was a treat for me that ended up being a stressful disappointment. I now have to take off my polish to file and buff the rocks on my nails. I'm sad :( read more
