I've been coming to Oscar Nails for a couple of years now, and I love it. They use the highest-quality products. I personally only get old fashioned regular nail polish, so let me talk about that: First of all, every nail tech here does a great job. I think that speaks to Tran's high quality standards. They use the strongest top coats available (the black bottle OPI and Seche Vite - if you know, you know!). For regular polish, they have a ton of colors from good brands, but I personally stick to OPI and Essie. They also offer elaborate nail art, but I'm more traditional. My regular hand polish lasts about 10 days here (other salons usually only last 3-4 days for me), and my real nails are so strong now that they don't flex when I push down on them. As for toenail polish, it would probably last forever, but the pedicures are so relaxing that I can't stay away long enough to find out! Every now and then the volcano spa lavender pedicures are absolutely worth the splurge. Also, a side note, I personally have very sensitive cuticle skin that bleeds easily at every salon I've ever been to. I just thought it was what it was. One day Tran told me to just let the nail tech know ahead of time and voila! I never have had it happen again. Rarely, there is a bit of a language barrier, if you have any special request whip out google translate on your phone and you're good as gold. read more

Awesome place! Not overcrowded and easy to park. The people that work here are wonderful. Honestly, the best pedicure I've had. Hoa - (Kim) was outstanding. She was the first one that followed my request. I like my nails short and round. I have requested multiple times and for some reason they the practitioners don't cut them short enough. I live in California, but came here on a family emergency the first time and never thought I could come for a second visit but here I am! Communication is easy. I selected the deluxe pedicure both times. I was talking to another customer today. from Sebastian. This was her first time. She said she was super impressed as well and despite the distance, she will continue to return. she commented how quiet and peaceful it was here. This was my first time at Oscar nails .and I have been living in Florida for 7 yrs and know one this has been one of the best experience I've had at a nail salon. The young lady Sarah was so friendly so kind like I said I lived here for seven years. Haven't found a Nail Salon that treat me with respect and kindness. My experience was terrible. Me and my sister went to go get pedicures. One with gel and one with acrylic. They wanted to charge me $50 to take off gel polish and put gel back on. I was not ok with the price, so I did regular polish, but the way my pedicure was done was backwards. The spa was done first then the toes by a different lady. My sister got acrylic, the lady was rushing and made her acrylic uneven and making my sister not like it. We communicate with the staff to explain to them to fix the issue but they were not understanding and we end up unhappy with the results. We did pay full price for everything but will never go back, you live and you learn and definitely will not recommend. read more

I started going here a few years ago for pedis and manis and there service has definitely gone downhill since then. They are very clean and give a great massage, but they constantly overbook and do not train the new people well. Both the boy and the man have been extremely rude to friends I've brought in and this last visit (which trust me is my absolute last!) I made an appointment at 2:00p and we are just starting at 2:41p. I will not be able to get everything done because I don't have time now due to your lack of customer service. I've also been passed from one pedi technician to another half way through now. This is just an insane way to treat a customer who has not only brought you a lot of business in the past five years, but also someone who has given you multiple chances and always pays the entire amount as well as tipping over and above. I'm leaving and taking my friends with me. That's 12 people I know of who's business you will loose. Please fix your customer service and train your people well. Some of you are great at what you do and it's one of the cleanest places in town. I would hate to see you go out of business but you are doing it to yourself. read more

The sweet girl I had was fabulous. I got a service more than regular pedicure ($40) that included heated stones. She spent almost an hour on me. I only took off one star because she skimped on the second calf massage compared to first and she filed dead skin on my little toe too much, therefore causing a sore spot (open). But seriously, all the rest was great. Language barrier a slight problem as I couldn't tell her to stop sloughing my toe, she thought I was just ticklish (I'm not at all on my feet). read more

Moon is the best nail technician in town. She takes appointments and is always on time even though she has a huge clientele. Writing this in my car after I just walked out the salon because I'm FUMING so bare with me. I really wanted to like this place, it smelled great and is so pretty on the inside. I walked in happy I found a place with great reviews open on a Sunday. I booked for 4 pm and came right after work because this salon is one of the few open on a Sunday and I work all week so I couldn't go to my regular salon, HUGE MISTAKE!!! I wish I could give zero stars I'm shaking of anger. All I needed was a fill and regular polish manicure. As soon as I walked in at four I waited a minute or so then a younger girl took my gel polish off and got me ready to pass me to someone who would do my fill. While I was getting my polish removed I felt a bit awkward the two ladies kept whispering to each other, I didn't feel too welcomed. After the First Lady prepped me, started the VERY LONG wait. I waited about 45-50 minutes for my fill and manicure, as I was waiting many people walked in, they definitely overbooked. Then finally the second lady begins my fill and keeps pausing, she's rushed through my fill and burned me constantly, she was so rough with me. In the beginning I said I'd like to keep my length and shape and at the end of my fill SHE BEGINS TO FILE MY PINKY NAIL and COMPLETELY changes the shape and made them so short! I was so angry!!!!!! I tell her to please stop! After the fill finished I pay after waiting a little more than an hour in total to get what I came for, I paid, I get charged the full amount, which I was pretty annoyed by because the lady before me got a 50% discount because the "manager said so". I will NEVER come back to this place, FIRST AND LAST TIME!! I walked in 4:00 I leave 6:15, and will definitely go to my original nail salon Tip Top Nails in Vero Beach tomorrow to get my nails fixed! read more

I redirected her several times but she went to my neck and waxed my hairline!! I stood up and there was just as much hair on my neck as when I started even though I felt her wax a bit there.
