Oh my Goodness Tami, Willy and Kimmi are just the best. My nails look so good. My bestie Mona feels the same way. We had a girl day and they were so gentle, kind and professional. We both got a pedi, and a full set of nails. The attention to detail and constant checking their work and asking if we were happy with the length and colors we chose. Very nice people. My mani pedi looked nice when finished. Very small space that feels cramped. Not well maintained however many regulars came in driving nice vehicles! Pricing comparable to the area. Nothing that jumps out special with the exception of bottled water, soda, and other beverages I think were complementary? The parking lot is very small, sharing it with a restaurant I hear is very good. It was just okay in my opinion, which to be fair I am only finding "just okay" mani pedi's here in Vero Beach. Called for a side by side pedicure with my husband. I also wanted a manicure. My husband was sent to a pedicure chair and I was placed in a manicure chair and waited while the technician finished someone else. By the looks of it, I think she was the manager, then she came over to me and dry filed my nails, applied cuticle oil and trimmed cuticles then sat me next to my husband in the pedicure chair. While my toes were drying, someone else came and painted my nails. Never once soaking my nails or my cuticles in the warm water, which is typical. I thought "maybe they don't do that at the shop", but I noticed others were being given that treatment. They were all very nice, it was a Friday in February. Kind of busy in there, but I still think it's a major fail to not soak cuticles and nails before beginning the process. read more

But, it kept bothering me, that I would be doing a disservice to the Yelp Comunity. Specially, our visitors to Vero Bch. That is just plain unethical. Message I sent to Yelp Corp: On visit number three the owner Kim. Made me feel very uncomfortable. She stated, "Did not need the aggravation of a customer not wanting the recommended designs or techniques" She seemed overbooked and hurried thru the service. First visit was great. Second visit not as good & lots of product left on my skin I had to remove myself. Third visit, told me "Preferred less complicated customers. Did a great job at a great price. Went in with 2 of my friends, and between the 3 of us, we had almost every staff member help us with one thing or another. It's a small place -- about 4 each of pedicure and manicure stations. Clean and all of the workers are easy to understand and communicate with. All licenses clearly displayed. Salon used mostly OPI polishes. My friend got a reasonable priced gel mani that looked fabulous and my other friend and I got regular manicures. Both very nice and not rushed. I also got a GREAT hand massage with mine - best I've ever had. One of my friends even messed up a nail on the ride home from the salon and we returned the next day for them to fix it without a second thought. My only minor critiques were that the shaping on a few nails was a hair off and the polish had a few spots where it collided with my cuticle. Cuticle cutting tools also could have been sharper. Minor complaints, and with the friendly staff and great prices, definitely wouldn't stop me from coming back. read more
