I had such a great experience at Ocean Nails! I got a pedicure and a full acrylic set at the same time, and I was so impressed. The pedicure was incredibly relaxing with hot stones and hot towels. Even better, they finished both services in under an hour and a half without sacrificing quality. The staff was so accommodating, efficient and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Ocean Nails and will definitely be back! read more

She did a good job . I had mani and pedicure. No conversation at all.! The place was pretty clean .

Natalie is a wonderful person who cares about her customers. She is accommodating and provides stellar service every time.

Sad to say I won't be back . The owner has lost me because of lack of customer care and a sarcastic non interest to a loyal customer who has been coming to the salon for 4 years. I had a smudge on my nail and asked if I could come in and get it fixed from a pedicure I had last night. She said they were busy but when I got there she who is a tech also was eating a cookie gave me the polish and I painted my own nail. She was annoyed that I was there and made it awkward . These are new owners. The other owners were customer friendly. It's too bad it's a good location , and their prices are expensive for what you get. Not even an offer of a bottle of water when you are paying 65 dollars for a pedicure. Will be looking for a new nail spa. read more

I've been coming to Ocean Nails and Spa since roughly 2017. This is the only nail salon I trust to do great work. And the staff are awesome here! I recommend this business to all my friends and family that come into town. Hope you can come by and enjoy it too! read more

Went with my friend for manicures and pedicures and it was great! We both got just the basic pedicure and there was so much included, a nice massage, stones and scrub. they did a really good job with my toes (which are partially broken and can be difficult). I also got a dip powder manicure and it looks awesome! He was very detailed and quick, the shape and color are so pretty. Im on vacation and just found this place on Yelp and it was the best. Very friendly and attentive staff and a great price 10/10 recommend. read more

COVID Central. My wife and I booked an appointment together to minimize exposure to the virus. Instead of seating us together, the staff separated us and then sat strangers next to us. Rather than righting the situation when we complained, they ARGUED with us! Never again! read more

I I just got a gel fill here. All I can say is awesome! I had broken and worn gel nails and Lee, who appears to be in charge, did my nails. They look great and he did what I wanted! Will definitely go there again. read more

Where do you get a manicure without a hand soak, hand massage with lotion...if you get a $45 powder manicure, that would be Ocean Nails

This place was horrible, worst dip nails I've ever got and your prices were ridiculous for what I received the gal that did my nails was also responsible for the phones, she stopped every 2 minutes to take appointments, hire a front desk girl, shop was dirty/filthy not worth what I paid, won't be back! read more

I went here with a co-worker after we finished a trade show. He kept saying he wanted a pedi, so we searched and found this place. We paid $65 for the CBD pedi. We both thought it was worth it! We sat in massage chairs and were pampered for over N hour! I even saw a girl fall asleep across from me! My lady was so sweet and cute. When she wrapped my legs in hot towels, she kept waving at me and saying, "okay! Good nighhhht! Good nigggHht! You no talk to him! Close eyes!" I absolutely adored her. We are already talking about going back after our trade show next year. read more

I can typically go three weeks before a fill in - I went there Saturday and it's now Wednesday and my nails are already lifting - very disappointed read more

Very nice and friendly girls. From the owner to the tax. They don't give you the impression that they are doing you a favor I seeing you like some of the other shops around. I definitely recommend it read more

This place lost me as a customer. Since when do gift cards expire? I went to go pay with it; I came to find out that this has already expired. They expire after a year of being purchased. The date is clearly stated in the gift card document (in small letters at the bottom of it). The gentleman in the front desk told me to tear the certificate since it does not have any use anymore, I refused and kept it with me. It seems it is a normal procedure for them to do this. read more

Horrible horrible horrible I went in and the first thing they did was inspect my nails which is normal, tried to sell me a pedicure but I want a polish change he said pedicure $28.00 polish change $20.00 but I stayed with my polish change because do my one feet pedi. I picked my color sat soaked my gel off my toes and the girl who did my toes was really nice it was all good till who ever the guy who did my nails came around .... first he kept commenting on my nails being long I got them this length at $45.00 at my salon get mad fresh new full set soooo why did I end up paying $45.00 for a FILL ? I get that my nails was broken but fills are usually 30-35 fix for nail is 5 so why the actual fuck did I pay $45.00 for nails that didn't last a week when my full set before them lasted a WHOLE MONTH ! AND TO ROP IT OFF HE STILL CHARGED ME $28.00 for aPOLISH CHANGE NEEDLESS TO SAH UNLESS YOURE ON RETIREMENT FUND AND WANT YOUR NAILS TO BREAK LESS THEN 5 DAYS I WOULD NOT GO HERE I WANT MY MONEY BACK $70 dollars I could have gotten my nails done by @polishmeprettythaiss.xo and would have been popping my whole cruise and till when ever I DECIDED TO SOAK THEM OFF NOT WHEN THEY POP OFF AT RANDOM ‍ YOU ALL GO FOLLOW THAT IG THESE PEOPLE CAN LEARN FROM HERE or DIVA NAILS IN LAKE WORTH THE TRIP WOULD BE WORTH IT TO NOT GET TRASHY NAILS read more

I went there the first time and the ladies gave the best pedicure ever! Couldn't wait to go back. Sat down with a young guy who did my nails, not the shape I wanted after pointing out what I wanted but I don't like to be a complainer so I didn't say anything. Cut my finger because he was in such a hurry, I wanted a color tip and when I ask him to bring the color down a bit he responded very rude and laughed. He also stated he didn't know what I was wanting so I said the sweet lady over there knows what I like and then he magically understood (did what I like and not what he wanted) I am really not sure what had this young man in a bad mood but I seriously hope he changes his bad attitude and rude ways. I wouldn't dare have ask for a pedicure, just left and went a few doors down to complete my day at the nail salon. Disappointing read more

Well- they were nice. Nice and expensive. I left with bubbles on my polish not sure how or why that happened. It was the most expensive 8 oz bottle of water hose water I've ever been gifted with nail services-at those prices it should have need French. Did I say they were nice. 12-23-19 to ocean nails response. Thanks for responding ocean nails. Don't think I'm coming back- been getting my nails done 20+ yrs never paid that much or screamed, jumped in the chair from pain that much since giving birth to my kids. Hey, I get it. My money opens doors my race shuts. Who cares if you hurt me? Who cares if I get substandard service and overpay for it- you should be proud. read more

Walked in on vacation, they took me right away! Very relaxing and overall a great experience.

Great atmosphere but my review is a reflection of cost vs services rendered. I left with over an $80 bill for a standard pedi, a gel mani and eyebrow/upper lip waxing. It could have been worse, but the performance could've been better as well. ie) jagged nail edges, visible brow hair and discoloration in the gel read more

I went in with my aunt and we waited for 15 minutes when our appointment was at 3. they called us back to get our pedicures my water was too cold, and her water was too hot. they noticed my water was cold and took some out and put it in the spot next to mine, with someone sitting in that seat.. i then got a manicure and the guy that did my nails grinder my finger... twice! and didn't even ask if i was okay. i told him the length i wanted and they are still way too long and all uneven! i'm not sure if i'll ever go back again. and i'm from california and wanted to get pretty nails while i was on vacation.. but that didn't happen read more

I didn't even get my nails done :( I went to this place at 9:50 AM and there was only one other client waiting. They told me that I can wait there or go and come back at 11. I biked there for 20 minutes so I preferred to stay. I asked again when they think they might attend to me and the woman said 11. So I stayed. They offered the other client to sit and wait on the massager chair but not to me. At 11:10 two other customers came in who both had appointments at 11 ( imagine my surprise since only 2 people were working there) but no one said anything to me so I assumed they will get to me before them. At 11:25 they asked one of the two customers to go and sit for their service and that was when I asked when my turn is going to be and she said: I don't know! She then told me that they have to finish all the customers who had appointments. Now don't get me wrong I agree with her but I asked : then why did you tell me to stay until 11 when you had TWO other appointments at that time? Then she lied to my face: I told you to go and I will text you maybe 11 or 12 to come back!!!! I was so frustrated. I was sitting there for 1:40' minutes and that was their response ... I told her that she did NOT tell me that and she said : no ma'am I did. Maybe my English is not good!!! I had no choice , I had to leave... It was so unfair of them not to tell me they won't have time for me from the beginning... They kept me there just in case they could get to me at some point...and if they couldn't well who cares ... It's so rude and unprofessional. I won't recommend these only-profit-seeking liars to anyone :( read more

Amazing experience! I'm a visitor to the area and used Yelp to find Ocean Nails so i could wear sandals without looking like i could snatch my dinner from the ocean....and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Timmy was a pedicure master and hilarious and then Tony did my nails and was fantastic. Everyone was warm and friendly, offering dining and entertainment suggestions, too. I wish I could take them all back home with me!!! read more

My experience today was the absolute worst. They started pressuring me and my two girls the minute we walked through the door to get gel manicures. Told us any other manicure would last 2 days??? Really? Then they up charged all three of our services which is totally bogus. They told the girls one price and then charged us more at checkout. In addition they grounded off my gel manicure????Save your hard earned money. They only care about locals read more

Wow!!! This place has left me speechless....Coming from someone who is in the service industry and doesn't typically write reviews but this calls for it. The people who work there are totally unprofessional and RUDE. Took my mom there to treat her to a pedicure and the guy kept giving her a hard time about the condition of her feet and making fun of the situation. At one point said "you broke my tool". He joined everyone in on it and everyone was laughing and taking about us in their language. It was so humiliating. After years of getting my nails done, this by far is the WORST experience ever. We were barely even massaged. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience left us in a worst state. Never again. read more

I stopped in on a Sunday about three o clock. The salon was packed but I was met w/ prompt service. I needed a wax - I waited less than ten mins when Van helped me towards the wax room in the back. I was really excited to try this place based on the Yelp reviews. I called ahead a woman said they could take me right away, yay! However, the greeting I got when I arrived was a different story. They were very busy and a man (maybe owner) with a mouth full of rotten teeth made a very offensive comment to me and was very rude. The salon didn't look very clean either. I walked out and will tell everyone I know not to go there. read more

I want to make sure everyone knows this is the best place in the Ft a Pierce Hutchinson Island Area. I'm from Illinois and live here seasonally. My scheduled pedicure with Holly started off as expected. Then without an explanation I was placed in the care of a man who didn't even bother to present himself.
