Sad to say I won't be back . The owner has lost me because of lack of customer care and a sarcastic non interest to a loyal customer who has been coming to the salon for 4 years. I had a smudge on my nail and asked if I could come in and get it fixed from a pedicure I had last night. She said they were busy but when I got there she who is a tech also was eating a cookie gave me the polish and I painted my own nail. She was annoyed that I was there and made it awkward . These are new owners. The other owners were customer friendly. It's too bad it's a good location , and their prices are expensive for what you get. Not even an offer of a bottle of water when you are paying 65 dollars for a pedicure. Will be looking for a new nail spa. read more

Went with my friend for manicures and pedicures and it was great! We both got just the basic pedicure and there was so much included, a nice massage, stones and scrub. they did a really good job with my toes (which are partially broken and can be difficult). I also got a dip powder manicure and it looks awesome! He was very detailed and quick, the shape and color are so pretty. Im on vacation and just found this place on Yelp and it was the best. This place lost me as a customer. Since when do gift cards expire? I went to go pay with it; I came to find out that this has already expired. They expire after a year of being purchased. The date is clearly stated in the gift card document (in small letters at the bottom of it). The gentleman in the front desk told me to tear the certificate since it does not have any use anymore, I refused and kept it with me. I went here with a co-worker after we finished a trade show. He kept saying he wanted a pedi, so we searched and found this place. We paid $65 for the CBD pedi. We both thought it was worth it! We sat in massage chairs and were pampered for over N hour! I even saw a girl fall asleep across from me! My lady was so sweet and cute. When she wrapped my legs in hot towels, she kept waving at me and saying, "okay! Good nighhhht! Good nigggHht! You no talk to him! Close eyes!" I absolutely adored her. I went there the first time and the ladies gave the best pedicure ever! Couldn't wait to go back. Sat down with a young guy who did my nails, not the shape I wanted after pointing out what I wanted but I don't like to be a complainer so I didn't say anything. Cut my finger because he was in such a hurry, I wanted a color tip and when I ask him to bring the color down a bit he responded very rude and laughed. He also stated he didn't know what I was wanting so I said the sweet lady over there knows what I like and then he magically understood (did what I like and not what he wanted) I am really not sure what had this young man in a bad mood but I seriously hope he changes his bad attitude and rude ways. Well- they were nice. Nice and expensive. I left with bubbles on my polish not sure how or why that happened. It was the most expensive 8 oz bottle of water hose water I've ever been gifted with nail services-at those prices it should have need French. I didn't even get my nails done :( I went to this place at 9:50 AM and there was only one other client waiting. They told me that I can wait there or go and come back at 11. I biked there for 20 minutes so I preferred to stay. I asked again when they think they might attend to me and the woman said 11. So I stayed. They offered the other client to sit and wait on the massager chair but not to me. At 11:10 two other customers came in who both had appointments at 11 ( imagine my surprise since only 2 people were working there) but no one said anything to me so I assumed they will get to me before them. At 11:25 they asked one of the two customers to go and sit for their service and that was when I asked when my turn is going to be and she said: I don't know! She then told me that they have to finish all the customers who had appointments. Now don't get me wrong I agree with her but I asked : then why did you tell me to stay until 11 when you had TWO other appointments at that time? Then she lied to my face: I told you to go and I will text you maybe 11 or 12 to come back!!!! I was so frustrated. I was sitting there for 1:40' minutes and that was their response ... I told her that she did NOT tell me that and she said : no ma'am I did. Maybe my English is not good!!! I had no choice , I had to leave... It was so unfair of them not to tell me they won't have time for me from the beginning... They kept me there just in case they could get to me at some point...and if they couldn't well who cares ... I'm a visitor to the area and used Yelp to find Ocean Nails so i could wear sandals without looking like i could snatch my dinner from the ocean....and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Timmy was a pedicure master and hilarious and then Tony did my nails and was fantastic. Everyone was warm and friendly, offering dining and entertainment suggestions, too. My experience today was the absolute worst. They started pressuring me and my two girls the minute we walked through the door to get gel manicures. Told us any other manicure would last 2 days??? Really? Then they up charged all three of our services which is totally bogus. They told the girls one price and then charged us more at checkout. Wow!!! This place has left me speechless....Coming from someone who is in the service industry and doesn't typically write reviews but this calls for it. The people who work there are totally unprofessional and RUDE. Took my mom there to treat her to a pedicure and the guy kept giving her a hard time about the condition of her feet and making fun of the situation. At one point said "you broke my tool". He joined everyone in on it and everyone was laughing and taking about us in their language. It was so humiliating. After years of getting my nails done, this by far is the WORST experience ever. We were barely even massaged. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience left us in a worst state. Never again. read more

Yanni gave me a beautiful pedicure. I have a split nail on my big toe and she mended it so that with the polish on, it's impossible to see the split. The massage she gave my legs and feet with the hot stones and a hot towel wrap was terrific and really helped my aching tennis legs. The shop was filled when I arrived for my appointment at 11:00 on a Saturday so it's probably a good idea to make an appointment. I also liked the quiet classical music coming from somewhere. I got the feeling that all the manicurists in this shop would be quite good, but of course, I don't know this since only Yanni has waited on me. read more
