I came in and was able to be seated right away on a Saturday afternoon. They are closed on Sunday. The guy getting my chair ready was a bit jumpy. I had put my soda pop on the drink carrier spot in the chair and he accidentally lifted the carrier up and dumped my drink all over. No worries, they had a mop. A lady did my pedicure and did a nice job. They don't serve wine with a pedicure here, which surprised me. Supposedly it's against the law here in Florida. I had no idea since I'm from North Carolina just visiting a friend. My normal salon in North Carolina has served me 3 glasses by the time I leave. Haha. Oh well. I was also surprised how cheap it was $30. Much cheaper than North Carolina.... guess I'm actually paying for that wine. Lol read more

After trying so many salons in the area and trying to find a decent place to do nails and toes. I went in and got my toes done yesterday and it was OK but I noticed he didn't really cut my cuticles and it wasn't the best pedicure that I've had for as expensive as they are. I went back today to get a nail gel dip. They were the worst nails I have ever seen. I went next-door to tradition for breakfast and showed the girls that work there and they agreed they said it was absolutely horrible. The nails were thick. There was polish. All on the side securities were not done and then he had the audacity to put cream in my hands at the end and expect me to rub it together. What happened to them giving you a massage on your hands also. I asked for a refund and they would not give it so I had to trust my hands in one of the women that work there, and she did improve them, but they still are not totally up to par. I will never go there again, nor would I recommend anyone else going there. When you're spending that much money to have your nails and your toes done, it should be worth it not a total nightmare. read more

This location is very close to home, about 2 minutes. I got there about 10:30 and l was out by 11:10. About 11 am they got very busy. They were very professional and very nice. If I could get zero stars, I would!! My normal nail artist left town and I've been desperately searching for a new salon. It seems I'll be continuing my search. These are my nails after only 3 days, I've NEVER once in all the years I've been getting my nails done had a salon do a dip manicure on my nails that lasted only 3 days! Staff was incredibly rude, facility was dirty, and despite vocalizing I was not happy with the process multiple times throughout, I was only met with disrespect and aggression. I'm not confrontational and felt very intimidated by the two male techs cornering me when getting up to walk out to ensure I was going to pay - when I had every intention of doing so despite being on the verge of tears over how awful my nails looked. My hand hurt the rest of the evening from all of the pulling/tugging that was done after starting to vocalize my dissatisfaction. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!! read more

I love this salon! I'm not even kidding. This particular nail salon has been here for years and has changed hands a few times. I've honestly loved everyone that has owned and worked at this particular establishment. The newest incarnation just might be the best though. The owner Tony is very hands on and personable. The employees are just the same. During the day you will almost always get a bottle of water. An evening pedi comes with a glass of wine for those of us 21+. Oh if they forget to offer on a busy day, just ask! And they do stellar work. I haven't a single complaint. read more

Me and my friend went and got our nails done. My friend got gel nails and I got acrylics. They made my friend bleed when they were cutting her cuticles and didn't even do mine the right color, shape, or design. The guy who did mine seemed kind of rude and very grabby. They also had a little girl in the back who looked about 8 years old and was yelling and screaming. One person was walking around barefoot. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

Worst. They drilled ridges into my natural nails and argued with me to convince me to put a darker color on top of my previous color so they didn't have to take it off completely. Paid for the deluxe pedicure and when they got to the sugar scrub they put it on and immediately put my feet in the water so it would fall off. Pointless. I asked for the dipping powders and they argued and did one layer and then gel polish over the top, and charged me twice for the powder and gel. I get a cheap salon that cuts corners, but drilling into my nails ruined them for the next 3 months till they grow all the way out. Don't go. read more

well.. these nails were not what we paid for honestly my friend went here expecting a good set of nails and this was 2 days after having them she lost one and another had chipped. not to mention that these nails were not what she had asked for.. she asked for Coffin shaped nails and got that.. this nail salon is not worth your time or money I really sont think we will ever go there again. only upside is that they refunded us and gave her a new set that turned out much better. but dont waste your time going there because they obviously didnt have a clue on how to properly do nails. read more

got acrylic nails put on here and in less than a week 3 of my nails had come COMPLETELY off while doing simple tasks (itching my arm or opening a car door). that is not supposed to happen. not to mention the nail tech was rushing to finish because there were too many customers and not enough employees. read more
