I went to get a pedicure and to remove my gel nail from my hand. I asked and paid for an extra 10minutes massage what was 5 minutes long... only one of my feet was filed. They removed my nails what supposed to be max $20 I assume well somehow my bill ended up $100 what I find ridiculous comparing to the quality of the care I got. First time trying this salon out, was a walk in on a Monday afternoon with no wait and Matthew (sorry if I spelled it wrong ) greeted me and took me right away and recommended French Dip which usually never comes out good at my old salon in PA, but he was a pro, no detail missed, he was funny and down to earth, made me feel very at ease in a new setting. He checked with me before continuing a few times to make sure I was happy with the work, which I appreciated. Come to find out he also has a salon in west Melbourne, so I'll have to check him out there too! Trust me ladies, go ahead and skip the rest of the reviews and just go get your nails done here. I've tried far to many times. They are careless and not sanitary. The chemical they use to remove gel ruins nails. The owner is rude! I had a tech bend my nail all the way back turning my nail bed purple. She laughed and said she would take care of me. She did not and continued to handle that finger roughly. I left just paying for the gel polish removal. Had to cut my nails down as the chemical she uses made my nails weak thin and flimsy. Will never be back. The hours are good but not worth the horrible experience. read more

Just stopped by to get my chin waxed before my vacation. I regularly get my chin waxed and stopped at red nails. She pulled with the hair growth instead of against the growth. She rewaxed the same spot multiple times and left wax and a lot of hair on my face. She said that it was due to my stubborn hair. The people were nice but the quality of work was terrible. read more

The pedi was a rip off, felt 1/2 complete compared to what they used to do, and no offer of massage chair. Worst pedicure have ever had in my life! The only sanitizer for the equipment was quat which is not enough! My gut told to me to leave, I wish I had. The cheese grater on my heals, which I normally don't mind hurt my heal so badly it hurts to walk. It's been 3 days and I have an inflamed cuticle on one toe. Nails are uneven and not filed smooth.
