The first time I came in about 4 weeks ago to have my toenails gelled. I knew I would need to have the big toes built up. I was greeted and the girl was very friendly and patient, she did a really good job.The young girl took her time and placed a nail tip on the big toes and gelled all of my nails. She did a really good job! I made an appointment a week ago because one of my nails had popped off. I made the mistake of putting nail glue and gluing it back (because I was going out to dinner.). I showed up for the appointment and I was told I needed ti wait, until it popped off again. Well I'm back this morning to get it replaced. This morning, not so friendly nor did she take the care as the first day. I did ask for them to be shortened a little( I'm thinking she would check in the length as she went but no. This time she did not build the nail up I lost like the original. She took a short cut and didn't build a base with a tip she just used acrylic so of courses it wasn't going to be as long as before and now it is too short. I tried to look as she worked but she didn't like me moving my feet to see what she had done. I at the end commented that they did not match and were very short. She asked if I wanted her to file it and I said no because we are at the quick of my nail and it's too late. She just ignored me and told me what I owed. Don't waste your time going to this place. I had a pedicure done and regret spending the money. Cryon (spelling?) was pleasant person, but did not do a very good job on this pedicure. Cuticles were not properly trimmed and most were not even done. Polish was old - very little in the bottle, when applied, it appeared water downed, bumps in the polish and very thin. He left polish on the skin, it was obviously uneven. I mentioned to redo it and he just replied "I'll do another coat." Glad I decided not to have the manicure done here at Royal Nails & Microblading. Truly, will not be trusting this place to do my eyebrow microblading. One star...it should be Christine offering me a full refund. read more

Best beauty place in town! I had lash extensions and nails done and it was amazing. Christine was so patient and kind with me when my eyes wouldn't stop twitching. She gave me the best lashes and nails I have ever had done. first nails I've ever had done where a technician didn't make my nail beds bleed. very gentle and precise work. very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I had an appointment with Christine, the owner, told her I wanted her. So I went today for my appointment and was given Miracle, who dropped my personal bottle of polish into the basin of water used to rinse the scrub and lotion residue and then poured out have of my OPI polish out to get the water out. Then was going to polish my nails with it.What? No you find a polish or yours that is close to my color. I told Christine and she offered to replace it with their used polish. No thank you. I wasn't compensated in the total charge. Was told today was Miracle last day bc she had another job. Well it was also my first and last visit Paid full price for the pedicure and lost a brand new bottle of $12 OPI polish. read more

I finally tried this place today. So happy I did! From the moment I walked in the front door I was impressed. The shop is very clean. The owner Christine greeted me with a smile, asked me how I was doing and what did I want done. I choose a "basic" pedicure which was FAR from basic. The man that did my pedicure did an amazing job! I felt so comfortable and relaxed. It was literally the best, most thorough pedicure I've ever had. I chose a French with gel. Christine did my acrylic fill with French and gel. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was engaged with me the whole time I was in her chair. Not talking on her phone or Apple Watch, not speaking in a language I didn't understand with co-workers while I was paying for a service. It is rare these days to come across people that truly care about their customers experience. Thank you to Christine & staff for a wonderful few hours to myself today! I will be back to try their other services offered as well such as hair stylists/colorists, waxing and microblading, just to name a few. After my experience today, they have won me over as a regular customer that tips very well and appreciates great service! Beware! I actually dislike posting negative reviews, especially when the ladies are friendly here. But I feel the need to warn others. My nails were completely ruined here. A hole was dug in my nail with a sharp instrument and happened with a blink of an eye. Im not sure the lady that did my nails is actually qualified to do them. I tried asking questions but she did not understand english. Im also not sure why they haven't been shut down for disinfectant purposes. This place is not clean and they were not sterilizing instruments between customers. I saw this myself. read more

overall the nail salon was good, but my toenails were done terribly. i went there on a friday evening and got my toes done with gel. probably two days later i had one of the gels fall off of my toe, i ended up going in and getting it redone which was nice. but after another day or two passed i had multiple other gel polishes fall off of other toenails. this all simple could've been avoided with buffing my toenails before putting the gel onto my nails. and because she used cuticle cutters for cutting my toenails instead of nail clippers, i had uneven nail with nails that also had super sharp edges. read more
