So I checked out their new website and was able to get an appointment the next day! Being able to utilize a scheduling website is a HUGE help for me. I like to be able to see all of my available options. I booked the Custom Luxury Facial because I wanted a great facial as well as relaxation. Boy did I pick the right thing! I can't even begin to tell you what all she did, because I lost track of all the awesome steps. I can tell you that I added on a chest facial. I'm so glad I did. It's such a neglected part of our bodies. My facial also included either microdermabrasion or dermaplaning. Kirsten chose microdermabrasion for my chest and dermaplaning for my face. What an amazing exfoliation experience! I left her place feeling relaxed and with skin that's glowing. I already made my next appointment and I've never made subsequent appointments immediately!

The first time I came in about 4 weeks ago to have my toenails gelled. I knew I would need to have…read morethe big toes built up. I was greeted and the girl was very friendly and patient, she did a really good job.The young girl took her time and placed a nail tip on the big toes and gelled all of my nails. She did a really good job! I made an appointment a week ago because one of my nails had popped off. I made the mistake of putting nail glue and gluing it back (because I was going out to dinner.). I showed up for the appointment and I was told I needed ti wait, until it popped off again. Well I'm back this morning to get it replaced. This morning, not so friendly nor did she take the care as the first day. I did ask for them to be shortened a little( I'm thinking she would check in the length as she went but no. This time she did not build the nail up I lost like the original. She took a short cut and didn't build a base with a tip she just used acrylic so of courses it wasn't going to be as long as before and now it is too short. I tried to look as she worked but she didn't like me moving my feet to see what she had done. I at the end commented that they did not match and were very short. She asked if I wanted her to file it and I said no because we are at the quick of my nail and it's too late. She just ignored me and told me what I owed. As I was paying she went to other lady who had been there before I had. This is not fair to the lady who was there before and my self as we were both short changed. I won't be going back..

I felt confidence after speaking with Shannon and made an appointment for the next day. I showed up for my appointment a few minutes before and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and. Worst experience of my life! I've had my beautiful long blond hair highlighted for over 29 years…read moreand never had any nightmares until going to Shannon Mock!!! My highlights bled and instead of fixing all the bleeds individually like she should've, she completely panicked and covered all my new highlights with permanent brown dye which has now turned orange! On top of that she over toned my hair which is white now with purple stained in the white from using purple shampoo!! I cried for 4 days! She ruined my hair cause she was in a hurry to go on a date instead of finishing the job with integrity. When I reached out to the salon owner Melissa she got angry cause she didn't want to fix someone else's screw up and not get paid. She was mean, rude and acted like this was my fault! She is the owner and it's her responsibility to keep the clients happy, but she did not care about this or how it affected me. She said she could squeeze me in between appointments to fix it without even seeing it first!! I had another color specialist look at my hair this weekend and she was shocked that a hair stylist of 30 years could make such a horrible mistake. She said I had to wait 6 weeks due to the over processing. I reached out to Melissa letting her know that I did not feel comfortable going there and wanted a refund. She said to ask Shannon and I never heard from Shannon. These ladies have no integrity or customer service skills. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Blondes be warned!
