My current stylist, Kenzie, is unfortunately moving, but I don't hesitate to switch as I know every stylist here is gifted. They crush blonde highlights, excel at gray grow out (I am in this category), extensions, cuts, and so much more. April has put so much intention into the decor, experience, vibe, clean product selection, and green practices. My hair always looks amazing after a visit. Another bonus is the salon chargers per hour vs per service. So, if you need a toner, a gloss can be done simultaneously without an extra treatment charge, bonus!! Spending 2+ hours here is no problem with all the amenities and comforts (drinks, snacks, etc). I could not recommend this salon more highly.

I asked for a simple, one-length cut, which should be basic, yet it was not executed well despite her claiming 16 years of experience. She spent a lot of time talking and trying to make it seem like I, the customer, was wrong or didn't understand hair. If the result had matched all that confidence, fine. But talking a lot and then failing to deliver is not good customer service. I'm really disappointed and now have to pay someone else to fix the uneven, poorly done work on my hair. I really wish I could get a full refund.
