Did not know what to expect, just knew I wanted my hair colored and cut and shaped into a short bob. The stylist was running about 15 minutes late when I got there on time, but did not realize she had another client that was taking a substantial amount of time to bleach out some old color and then to apply new color. Needless to say, a color and cut took over 3 1/2 hours! It would have been appreciated if there was an "I'm sorry for running behind", but there was no acknowledgement of how late she was running. Very disappointed in the cut which was not tapered nor short enough. The color was ok, nothing that can't be fixed somewhere else. I'll probably find a salon now, rather than waiting when another color is needed to get the hair cut I wish I had received. I had a feeling when I walked in and wasn't greeted that I wouldn't be happy. Wish I listened to that feeling!

Being in pain no way I could get my hair done for 2 hours. I called and asked to reschedule and got attitude from the receptionist. Told I couldn't because my stylist is going away yet again next week and she has no openings. I'm like no openings forever? I got told nothing until next month. Well great for her she's so booked! I don't complain when my hair is cut too much and I'm waiting for a good 10-15 minutes for my stylist to come in. Given the circumstances I would expect a little more understanding. Plus always books my appointment with another client so I'm waiting for her to finish with then while I wait for my color. Never complained !! Until now. I won't be going back.

Warm welcome from the minute I walked in, through my two hours of pampering mani/pedi time, and till the closing business of payment. My nail technician Jenna was AMAZING and did an absolutely fabulous job. Professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with, attentive. I sent a contact message checking to see what was available, hoping to find someone good who could help me. Got a message back from Jonathan, asking what I was looking for. I explained my situation to him and he actually stayed after his day was done to fit me in. I wanted to see who he was and his experience, but he wasn't listed on the salon's website, so I googled him and found a review. It was an excellent review and I was so excited it would be someone who has great experience. I get to the salon and Jonathan was finishing up with the young lady before me. He did an amazing job on her hair and I knew I was in the right spot. All I can say is Jonathan knows hair, everything about hair. He did an amazing job coloring and cutting my hair with such precision. I immediately felt very comfortable with Jonathan. He's a great guy, with a heart of gold. He's also got a lot of great stories. I can't wait to move here and see him again. He is extremely talented, and he's a delight to be around! He's that stylist everyone looks for. She walks me through every step and makes sure I'm comfortable the whole time. The waiting area and waxing rooms are spotless and all the equipment is clean and sterile. The receptionist always makes booking, rescheduling and checking in/out super easy. Before moving to Enfield I was getting waxed at nail salons that didn't follow proper hygiene protocol or waxing techniques. After my experience at Purele, I'll never go anywhere else.
