I had a great pedicure from Jon! I booked an appointment the morning of my afternoon pedicure, via Facebook (thanks to seeing that suggestion in another Yelp review). I arrived early and selected a color from their very large selection. I used the bathroom first and it was very clean. Throughout my entire time here, it is very clear they take cleaning and using new products for every client very seriously. I selected the signature pedicure, which was great! The lower leg massage was thorough and very nice. Jon worked the knots in my calves right out! He also checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, the hot towels weren't too hot, etc. The tropical citrus scrub was very nice and my nails and cuticles were trimmed and cleaned up perfectly. The polish was painted perfectly and they looked really nice! The drier got them completely dry before I put my socks and boots back on. When I got home they still looked just as good. I got my nails done for vacation on a cruise and the whole side of my right hand all nails broke off after 3 days i've never had this problem with anyone else i've been with. i was with June. sucks having the whole side of my hand of broken/ no nails for my whole trip just after 3 days 0/10 spent well over 150 for my feet and hands not including tip. so disappointing read more

Go here if you want your nails butchered & to look like they already need a fill. This lady legit chopped off my gel x extensions made them look horrible by clipping all over the place then doing a bunch of other whack crap. Legit right after coming out my nail is already chipped and jagged for no reason. Also crazy expensive for horrible work. 0/10. read more

Would not recommend this place. The guy who did my nails was very unfriendly, plus his nails/hands were very dirty and unclean. He did my pink and white French tips by painting the white on. I could still see my real nail underneath the acrylic. The nails were lumpy, thick, and all different lengths. Immediately After getting my new set on I already saw a few nails were lifting. The staff seem very rude and uninterested in their clients or the quality of work they produce, and instead are just focused on clients money. All in all if I could give them 0 stars I would. Had many safety protocols in place for Covid 19 safety. Individual pedicure sets, hanging acrylic separators, spaced chairs, temperature checks etc. I had the jelly pedicure and wanted gel on my toes ($15 gel surcharge but it lasts forever). Friendly girl doing pedicure, knew what I meant for white polish on toes (she went and grabbed the color) , had large TV to watch and comfy massage chairs. I usually don't like pedicures because part of it tickles, she knew I was ticklish and did great job. I also had acrylics on my nails with ombre (pink and white). First time getting "fake nails" in over 20 years. My nails were sooooo bad looking- sooo short where they hurt me. They look great. Quick to complete and did a great job! They had a lot of polish colors to choose from...glitters, nudes, bright fun colors, mood/color changing, etc. They also have a kids menu for services. They accept Amex and Venmo if you want and other regular forms of payment. I was able to easily request an appointment through Facebook as well! read more

absolutely atrocious behavior and quality of work. do not go here. I came to get my wedding nails done today. I take very good care of my nails so I really just wanted to be pampered and relax and get my cuticles cleaned up and nails shaped. When I came in, we told the technician what we wanted and they were very pushy about adding on to the package with gels and designs after we repeatedly said no. when I sit down, the man that was doing my nails didn't understand what I wanted after I said it many times. He rushed so much and did a terrible job. When I say rushed, I wasn't in the chair for more than 5 minutes before he was trying to put a top coat on. Blood running down my nails from him rushing the cuticles. after the 5th time of asking him to slow down he said "you're only paying for basic, this is what you get". I pulled my hands away and asked for someone to finish my nails. I was re-sat in the managers seat to where he promptly filed off over 3 months of careful growth and shaping to where i have little to no nail left. My moms nails were so poorly done and had burned cuticles from her tech, she wanted to leave before he finished. the only good thing was a stood up for myself and said I wasnt comfortable with paying for that service and eventually he said I didn't have to pay. he even tried to say "let me fix it"....how?! I have no nail left! I will never be returning. I felt like a cheap thing on an assembly line. I am so upset and now I have to go find a set of nails days before my wedding. Now that I am in the Bath/Brunswick area more often I've found this place and there's simply no other salon for me to go to. The staff remembers me every time I come in. They know what's going on in my life and engage in conversation. My nails look amazing and are high quality. I get compliments quite often on my business trips which is always a great feeling. I recently went in for a repair and wasn't charged and was in and out within a few minutes. I've never had a negative experience and the quality of my nails has always been top notch. So happy I found this salon. Visiting here from Indiana, I did a search on line for nail salons near me. I was actually in the car when I read another review stating you can make an appointment on line. That is what I did, and I received an immediate conformation. Later I received a text asking what service I was wanting. The day of the appointment I was in between visiting friends in different locations which caused me to show up almost an hour ahead of time. They took me right on the spot, no waiting and started my manicure. Also they are following all measures to stay safe, temperature check and masks. I've tried 3x to like this place. Their staff is hurried and understaffed, techs talk more with each other than the clients. The "massage" was rough and actually painful. I had to ask her to go easy. Tech drilling my nails actually left some of the color from my last fill and thought I wouldn't see it. I had to come back the next day for her to fix it. No apology at all just hurried me out. After I made my reservation for a pedicure on line (which was incredibly easy), i read some other reviews that were not exactly complimentary of their services. I considered canceling and looking elsewhere but I decided that I should decide for myself. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. Within minutes My feet were soaking in warm water while I perused the offered menu to choose which pedicure and lotion I wanted. Vee, who was doing my pedicure, was very friendly and positive. I had 3 different girls that worked on my nails, the color I chose was not applied right, and while the lady was scraping my polish off with her own NAIL she snagged the side of my nail and now it is broken. Very clean, the staff was nice and the girl that did my acrylics 3 weeks ago did such a good job they they are still on and I'm still getting compliments on them. I only had to tell her length, shape, and a rough color idea and she knew EXACTLY what I wanted the first time. She was young, but very good. I wish I caught her name because I'll be going back. I've given this place 3 tries myself and my daughter just recently went there with her step mom. All 3 times I've gone they have been rude, rushed, knicked me, made me bleed, terrible quality my nails chipped and or fell off that day or within days. They ripped off my daughters acrylics and cut her nails to short made her cry due to the pain they caused by ripping off her acrylics. I messaged them they said sorry then I messaged them again they apologized again and refunded with a gift card which I specifically said cash as we will never ever be back to this place and I told them I'll be leaving a bad review on their fb page and they blocked me so I couldn't.
