I stood there for a good five minutes listening to another stylist talk about nasal drainage in the back . I finally peeked around the corner and she asked me if I had an apt . I said yes at 10am . She then informed me my stylist had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to make it . She pulled out her phone and started trying to show me text messages ?! There was an open appointment book with my name and number on the counter . I asked her why she didn't bother to call me to reschedule ? She just stood there with a blank stare and issued no apology. Come on ladies ! Emergencies happen, but be professional enough to cover for each other and inform your clients ! I will not be back . Update - I saw Kelley ( assumed salon owner) response to my post . I would just like to say I have no reason to make up or exaggerate my experience in her salon . I have never met any of the ladies before . It is surprising that the owner would not reach out to me and to hear her customers point of view before drawing conclusions.
