I had to have it redone, went somewhere new, and only told them I needed a touch-up and trim. They immediately asked if I had cut my own hair and dyed it myself. I had to admit that I actually paid quite a bit for it. Needless to say, I never did go back, nor would I recommend this place for anything other than a low cost mani/pedi or tanning packages.

Wendy herself was an absolute love. She made sure to check in with me frequently during my two procedures, she was polite, friendly, and just the right kind of chatty. Her technique was gentle and, while not painless because somebody is putting hot wax on your flesh and tearing out hair at the root, minimally painful. Sietske was great. My husband had a deep tissue and it was so good he fell asleep several times during his service. I wish they had more than one massage therapist on at a time bc it would have been nice for us both to get them done at the same time but it is a small place so I get it. If we're in the area we'd absolutely come back for another massage and I think I'd trust them with my hair too. Second, and most importantly, Amy did a phenomenal job on my hair!! I decided to stop coloring, several months ago. I've had the demarcation line with grey/silver 1/3 of the way down my hair and the rest a mix of ashy blonde, yellow, and darker brown. There was a lot going on. I was clear with Amy that I do NOT want to get back into a routine of having to color. As an avid scuba diver and outdoorswoman, I am definitely a wash and wear kind of girl. I am NOT going to take any time, so it's got to be easy for me. She knocked it out of the park. Put in I don't even know how many different toners - actually treated every section of my hair that had something different going on, individually. No more line. No more burnt out yellow - just a beautiful blend of my natural silver/salt & pepper, toned. It will take me a day or two to get used to the change but it's time to embrace the "sexy, older woman" vibe. I can say, within 15 minutes of leaving the salon, I had one stranger, and 4 friends give me amazing compliments. They all love it. I know I will too.
