The lady did an amazing job tentatively clearing the dead skin and callouses that took me so long to achieve and develop. She made quick work of cleaning up my cracking heels and calloused toes. 5 out of 5! I'd completely recommend the full pedicure to any and all dudes out there. The facility was clean and well kept. It was very bright and had that oh so recognizable nail polish smell. Ensure that your lady friend lures you in while they get their self-care treatment to get your own. It's worth the visit.

I did so and waited for 15 minutes prior to being seated in a pedicure chair. While I waited they continued to take people in saying "pick a color", even though they were clearly over scheduled. I loved that she was easy to talk to and never made me feel self-conscious for asking questions. The only problem I had was I had booked for a piercing as well and I had mentioned to the lady on the phone (not Kelley) about wanting to pierce my cartilage. I guess there was a miscommunication though since when I came in Kelley thought I had asked for a lobe piercing. Still, no biggie, since I was able to go next door and book an appointment for a later date. The pricing for a cut, wash and dry was only $20, which was a GREAT price for how attentive she was. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be returning here, but for now Kelley will be the bar I'll be holding my future stylist too. :)

I stood there for a good five minutes listening to another stylist talk about nasal drainage in the back . I finally peeked around the corner and she asked me if I had an apt . I said yes at 10am . She then informed me my stylist had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to make it . She pulled out her phone and started trying to show me text messages ?! There was an open appointment book with my name and number on the counter . I asked her why she didn't bother to call me to reschedule ? She just stood there with a blank stare and issued no apology. Come on ladies ! Emergencies happen, but be professional enough to cover for each other and inform your clients ! I will not be back . Update - I saw Kelley ( assumed salon owner) response to my post . I would just like to say I have no reason to make up or exaggerate my experience in her salon . I have never met any of the ladies before . It is surprising that the owner would not reach out to me and to hear her customers point of view before drawing conclusions. They have my phone number in the appointment book . The only good that came of this was the opportunity to meet and amazing stylist and have a great cut color done next door.
