Don't come 10 minutes late, or you will miss your wash. You will be offered coffee or champagne as a perk. Really love this place! The street parking is paid on the machine, but the cost is relatively low.

Once I sat down, it was clear my stylist was in a mood. He refused to use any of the products I requested, saying he "doesn't like them," and proceeded to blow dry my hair with zero heat protection. The blowout was rough and he was aggressive with my hair, couldn't get it straight, and it was obvious I was in pain. Wanted to get up and walk out the entire time, and honestly should have. Went home, washed my hair, and redid it myself. Paying $70 for that experience was not okay. I don't write bad reviews often, but felt I had to warn others.

The stylist did a wonderful job, knew what she was doing and gave her a great haircut. Very happy with the hair cut however that night the back of her head was hurting and I looked and it was red. The stylist was not cognitive ,sensitive and gentle enough to realize she was a little rough when untangling and washing her hair. During the time she didn't feel it because she was washing her hair so she assumed it was during that time and it was normal to pull on the back of the head to untangle it a bit. I could tell she opened early for my appointment. I showed her my inspo picture which was all down beach wave curls. I show her my extensions and she said she could add them. She started curling my hair. I was nervous that the curling iron was too small but it worked perfectly! She really had a great technique and got my whole head done in one hour. After looking at it, I didn't need my extensions at all. She was so friendly, funny and we chatted the whole time so it didn't feel like an hour. She let me know the style can last for a couple days and how to sleep in it. I am very low maintenance with my hair so it was nice to hear that it lasts more than a day. And it did!
