I truly appreciated his honesty when he could have easily sold them to me just to make a deal. I took his advice and decided to add in the bathroom cabinets instead. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with the price - it was significantly lower than I expected. I did some research into DIY-ing and was shocked to learn that Wayne only charged a little more per shelf than I would have paid if I did them myself. The shelves were ready a week later, and he and his son came to install this morning. I purchased a total of 12 pull out shelves and install only took a few hours. After years and years of hanging on to "things" I never used, sold or donated and thus making our garage a messy, unsightly and unusable place, I changed my mindset, thanks to Ariane and Shannon and couldn't be happier AND healthier. It feels much better to live in the present than to hang on to things from my past. These are things I decided someone else could much better use and enjoy, and the adage, if you haven't used it in a year, you don't "need" it, is so true. Ariane and Shannon helped me and my husband to sort, donate, toss or keep so many things we had saved for 20 or more years. They also offer to take items to donate as well. They finally showed up around 3:30 PM and did not finish the work until after 8:00 PM. The quality of the work was even worse. The workmanship was very sloppy. They scratched the paint on the wall, damaged the closet area, and never repaired it properly. I called the office the following day to report both the poor scheduling and the unacceptable quality of work. No one followed up with us. The only response we received was a text message stating that if we wanted the problems fixed, they would need to send someone else--and that it would cost us extra. This is completely unacceptable. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
