Yes, yes, they said, not a problem but I would have to do the initial appt. at the SM location. Something felt off when they didn't attempt to set up subsequent appointments the day of consult . I called the next Monday and was told NOTHING was available except one day at RP location for next two weeks and that two days a week they're only open until 3. So I paid for the consult and now can't get the PT. Have to get another consult and start from scratch someplace else. The so-called patient scheduler took no responsibility whatsoever and basically said "oh well". I am going to pursue compensation for the wasted consult but want to warn others. No customer service whatsoever; don't make the mistake I did. Not good people or organization.

The doctors are extremely talented and the care is top-notch. They have an ICU and multiple other facilities in this the nurses over here in the parts center are very talented. We worked with somebody called Emily and she was outstanding. The front office is very efficient and they follow HIPAA guidelines and make sure that the security is good. This place does have a great cafeteria for a very nominal prizes everything over here that you find is very cheap. I definitely recommend this place for new parents.

He has not once provided informed consent to us the entire time we have been at this practice since my son was born. It is not ethical to say that vaccines pose no risk and no doctor can honestly promise that nothing is going to happen because that is not in their control. The lying an intense pushback against parents who are simply looking to do what is best for their children makes me reconsider all vaccines. We are a family that accepts 95% of the recommended vaccines and now I will be digging deeper into all of their inserts and making decisions about what is best for my family because that is my job. My job is not to line the pockets of greedy doctors at the possible expense of my children's health and safety.
