My experience with this place goes a little beyond the store so bear with me here. First, what you came to the reviews for--they do great work. Ms Kim does really well for me and is very meticulous about my nails. They are all also very kind and funny. Beyond all this, I was a barista for three years and many of the people, including the owner, were regulars I saw daily. They are genuinely such kind and generous people. Tom especially would always be very nice to us and would make sure we were all tipped very well, which made a ton of difference for us on hard weeks. I am grateful to him and have a lot of respect for him for how hard he works and how well he treats service workers. Overall, this is a very nice place with very nice people. If you are looking for a place to get your nails done I definitely say to give this place a shot! read more

I will never go back. I don't know the man's name that did my $55 pedicure, but I wish I did. I work hard for my money and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure for my birthday. This man was rude, rough, and sloppy. I am extremely disappointed. read more

I travel a lot and have had my nails done in NYC, LA, Berkeley, Mexico, Switzerland, and at Sequoia Nails in Clinton Tennessee. By far, Sequoia nail techs are the best. Professional, highly skilled, polite, and welcoming. My gel mani was expertly applied, not in thick clumps and no smudges. Very happy with this salon. I had two male techs and both were excellent. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back. read more

Staff is super nice BUT I got gel polish on my toes, I only got a pedicure and my brows waxed... it cost me $77 total! WHAT!! HOW ??? And I just got them done today 6 hours ago.... I just looked at my toes again and THREE OF MY TOES POLISH HAVE CAME COMPLETELY OFF..... IM SO UPSET.... It's very frustrating to know I spent $77. Plus a tip. So basically spent $90 and my toes are crap.... I don't recommend this place read more

My nails started to lift from the cuticles 3 days after my fill-in. The polish was done very sloppily. Did my fill-in in less than 30 minutes. read more

I simply wanted a gel manicure. I asked that my nail length be evened out since I had a nail break (I was planting trees). It was suggested that I get a gel treatment which I replied maybe next time. I have strong nails & usually don't even get gel polish. She ended up doing the gel treatment without my permission then she applied polish. She only charged me for the $60 gel treatment that I didn't ask for. When I went to a different salon to remove the gel 2 weeks later I find out that it cannot be soaked off but removed only with a drill which damages & thins your nails making you dependent on gel manicures since your nails are so thin & brittle. So I have been looking for a nail salon that can do amazing stiletto nails. I was referred to sequoia nails by many of my clients. I went today and it was really busy!! I figured I had hit the jackpot...... until my service was done and I looked at my nails my hands don't match! One hand looks like pregnant almond shape and the other hand has long pointy nails.... I like the right hand I think the worst part is they charged me 55$... I'm totally willing to pay that or more for perfect nails but these really fall short.... read more

Went to Norris Lake for a girls weekend getaway & we decided on a whim to go get pedicures. I'm usually very leery of nail salons I'm not familiar with, but OMG!!!! This place was AMAZING!!!! Everyone was SO friendly & nice! The guy who did my pedicure was AWESOME!!! If you go here, you HAVE TO spring for the "Royal" pedicure! Next girls weekend, we will definitely be back!!!! read more

I don't get pedicures often, but when I do this is always where I go. I love that they keep updating, improving and adding to their little space. They even have a room for waxing. I get great service and the prices are comparable to the fancier nail salons in Knoxville. They provide drinks for free (or maybe that comes with the deluxe pedicure I usually get). Once I splurged on a nail design on my big toe (a flower) and it was amazing! It's definitely worth trying. read more

i had an appointment for 5 and didn't get in a chair until 5:45 or later. the nails weren't terrible but the shape was inconsistent. for a cheap set of acrylics it's fine, but nothing i'd go to often. read more

Hands down the best nail shop! There are so many colors and designs to choose from. I recently went in for a mani/pedi when I accidently nicked my big toe as I was getting into my car ... My nail technician Nina immediately stopped what she was doing and fixed my nicked toe! She was so sweet and accommodating. Already made my next nail appointment! read more
