I needed to have someone served in a very short period of time and am from a different state. As you can imagine, if someone is actively avoiding being served, they will be difficult to serve. I had just gotten my case approved and knew that the defendant I was trying to have served would only be in town for a short period of time, so I looked up process servers who would be able to serve him within the week. I was about to choose one I found through an app, but saw that they had a bad review and named 24 Hour Process as the other business they ended up having to use, after the other one did not deliver. I spoke with Jean and explained my predicament. It was Thanksgiving week, and Jean stated they could serve in Collier County and there would be a rush fee, but it could be done. I was anticipating that the defendant would be served in a few days, or at the worst, not at all. To my surprise, he was served the very next evening. Jean delivered on everything he said he would, and I highly recommend this business. I can't stop gushing about the service. If you're trying to find a good process server, this is who you want to use. I'm not sure how their price compares to others, but if you've got a solid case, the fee will be reimbursed when you win. That's where the UPS store really comes in handy. You can get your documents notarized and sent out all in one move - so it is super convenient for situations like that.  Beyond that, they sell packaging supplies, copying services and most locations even have PO boxes in the event you need that service. The Jupiter location has been great- helpful people working there and they get me on my way in a flash. Pro-tip - earlier is better but the times between breakfast and lunch seem to be the best option in terms of the place being less busy. Parking lot in front.
