But, this one worker is unprofessional, shouts profanities at the nice man who is his team leader. He comes across as lazy and disrespectful. I personally witnessed this one employee behave completely outrageous over a tool or something. I'm not using my name because the rest of the guys are amazing. As a businessman, if this man was my employee I would use my right to work authority to terminate our professional relationship. I feel sorry for the other men who have to work with him. I called rooter because of their online ads that they could use special blades or tools to cut &…read moreremove all invasive roots. However, after they clear out 90% of the clogged, the field service manager texted me pictures of 2 small pieces of root hanging, I asked why didn't his tech use the cutting blade to trim them off? He said they don't have any cutting blades and they don't do it! Then he gave me option to replace section up to 5feet $4. K See attached for Rooter Proofs, just don't know What Stopped them from cutting this little piece off...? Rooter's sent me a quote for $4.K to replace few feet's of this roots invading.

The owner, Mike, so over charged me that it really became unethical. $5,410 for equipment that was in place less than 48 hours. He charged $120 an hour, per man, for more hours than they were actually here. I have been told by 3 people in his business that the job should have cost no more than $2000. He required deposit before his men got here and payment when they loaded up to leave. I was told my first red flag was when he wouldn't deal with the insurance company. I had to pay him directly and then I had to bill insurance. The water only seeped into the adjacent bedroom about 5', I had mopped up most of the water on the tile in the laundry room. I was told that the 4 dehumidifiers and 7 fans he placed in this small space could have dried out my entire house! Since I had never experienced a flood situation, nor had a homeowners insurance claim, I was unaware of handling the situation. I now have a clear picture of what NOT to do.

Our house is new but we live on the edge of a preserve so mold had stated to grown on the roof tiles and pavers. We also had orange stains on the side of our white house and he showed me that it wasn't mold, it was rust from the sprinkler well water. One spray of a "rust off" cleaner and it just vanished. LOL you should have seen me out there a month ago with the power washer going to town but it just wouldn't come off! Thank to Hydra we are clean as a whistle and will be using them regularly!
