I've mentioned their professionalism and their great prices but I would also like to mention their attentiveness to the task at hand. I called Saturday and needed it picked up that day. Eric was wonderful to work with and was very attentive through phone and email to help with any questions we had. Once the product was purchased, they had an install date for 2 weeks from the purchase date which was very reasonable. They use a third party for the installation. Gigi Duarte with Brazilian Best Tile & Marble was amazing!!! Her daughter Lulu and she were so attentive to our needs and wants and were very open with communication. We had 1 or 2 unplanned things happen when the old tile was being taken up, and because we didn't expect it, she did not charge us for the added labor. Her crew worked so hard for 5 days, transforming this home into something quite special and beautiful. I cannot recommend these companies more.
