Visiting from California I didn't know what to expect, but this was truly the best experience I've had at a Sephora. I came in with my cousin looking for one of those black masks we had seen on social media. I was also looking for foundation. We were approached by Rosalie in the skincare section. We told her what were looking for. She was very kind and listened well. She offered to test our skin type. After testing our skin type, she told us reasons why the black mask were not for us. She offered us complimentary mini facials. Please if you're at this Sephora and Rosalie is there, get a mini facial! She walked me through all her steps, and my skin felt amazing from just one treatment. She reminded me how much skincare is important. She did not push any products on me, but trust me after that facial you are going to want your face to feel like that all the time. She offered alternatives if price was an issue, which I really liked. Although the regimen I bought was a little pricey, I know in the long run it will be much cheaper than going to get facials. Anyways, overall Rosalie made it my best experience at Sephora because she was sweet, approachable, knowledgeable, and so much more! Come by and ask for her! read more

i came in here the other day just to get a free 15 minute makeover. So they let you pick from a variety of choices, and you of course don't get an entire face of make up but just one particular feature. For me I went on a huge sephora haul many months ago, and bought Anastasia eyebrow whiz and had yet to use it. So i had the make up artist help me make my brows a bit more bold. She did one brow for me and had me do the other and it was simple! After that i walked around to try on different make up. A lot of artists came to ask me if I need anything but I never felt pressured in buying anything which I like. I left empty handed and yet the sales clerks said farewell to me with smiling faces! read more

Spotty reviews from what I'm reading kept me at bay for a while from this location. I was in need of using my Rouge service for custom makeover because I had a performance in Lewisville and so I scheduled at 10am. I walked in and no one greeted me but I made my way over to the beauty counter to check in. I happened to check in with my makeup artist who was Hope. She surprised me! She was able to apply the perfect look and it lasted through the day, even after singing on horseback in 106 Texas heat! I asked for lashes and she did bring the most gorgeous ones I've ever worn however they cost $30. I purchased them since they were already applied at check out but it would've been nice to been asked for my budget for lashes or given several options. I think the lashes are worth their price since I've read you can use them up to multiple times without them losing their shape. The problem is that I am not very good at applying them and Sephora's policies don't allow for re installment at the beauty counter (makes sense for hygienic reasons). Overall I loved loved loved my look and it lasted more than what I expected. I also purchased a setting powder with coverage but when I pulled it out of my bag it was a translucent one so I'll have to return that for a different one. What a delight Sephora was today. When I happened upon Sephora I felt intimidated by all the beauty. Then I actually asked for help. Immediately I was helped (for I am uncultured swine) and everyone guided me to the beauty I never knew I was able to achieve. Now I feel like I can hold my head high and I can conquer the world. All of this is because of the billion dollar industry that is "makeup". I feel happy and proud to have given $140 for three boxes of makeup. Sephora deserves that money and will forever get my business. Five stars from now until forever... So long as my face doesn't melt off. read more

I went to this Sephora after visiting the Ulta on 1709. At first glance, it could be said that this location is less convenient than some of the others, but with a parking garage less than a block away, it's perfect for me. Upon walking into the store, I was greeted with a clean store and people who were ready to help me without being pushy. The associate who I grabbed found the lipstick I needed (Makeup Forever #6N), the matching liner and then agreed - I couldn't leave without the Naked 3 pallet. All in all, I was pleased. I don't normally like Southlake Town Square, but for the quick in and out experience matched with the service, I will definitely be returning! read more

I was flying around the neighborhood and I got a call from my wife. She was squawking nonstop over the phone and demanded I bring her some foundation to cover up her one tail-feather thats a different color from the rest. I dont notice it but you gotta do what makes em happy or else you're gonna come home to a bunch of scrambled eggs instead of a family of 3. I went into this Sephora and saw that I kept getting dirty looks. I saw this one lady staring at me like she wants to fight me so I just stared at her and gave her the bird and walked out the door. Visited this location and was empresses with the layout. I wanted to get a Gwen Stefanie lipstick and could not locate. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to see how I could order it. Unfortunately it is no longer available. So they took the time to show me other products of the same shade. Although I did not find what I was looking for the staff left a great impression. I joined the free club and left happy. Will gladly revisit soon. read more

Meh... I got mixed feelings. The layout is awesome!!! And most of the sales associates are cool. But there was this one older lady who worked there who was just unpleasant to be around. I wanted a few perfume samples (you got to try "book" from commodity!) and while I didn't mind that she refused to make them herself, apparently she has breathing problems, she seemed very much bothered that I wanted to sample 3 different Commodity perfumes and she took her time finding someone who was able to bottle some samples for me. Sephora allows you 3 perfume samples so I'm not sure what the problem was. read more

I love this location unlike the one near me in town east mall. This is far but the people are very nice and so super helpful. I have called ahead just to get samples of foundation and the had no problem helping and my husband picked them up with no issues. I cannot say enough about the help and above and beyond routes they will take to find what you are looking for. If you are looking for great product or just have no idea what you need and need some help in the beauty department... this is the place to go! read more

Overall, very good experience! Had a 45 min makeover with Jessica, that ended up being 1 1/2 but hey I'm not complaining! She took time to make sure I loved what makeup was being used and how I looked. I don't wear makeup so it was important that I loved the makeup. It took a few tries to find the right foundation (I'm kept looking pretty pale and ghostly) but we found one that worked. Prices as sephora are pretty steep, but the experience I came for was very good. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I arrived 10 min early and was greeted immediately by 2 people and let me know it will be a few min. Everyone I encountered was super nice. read more

Service was so poor that I couldn't stand to keep my purchase. No one ever speaks but the cashier and he didn't seem interested in confirming the details of my 250.00+ purchase (he seemed more annoyed than anything). I barely made it to my car and just decided to turn around and return everything. I saw tons of people being helped and I walked in circles for 20 minutes with a basket of stuff. They said nothing. My items were mostly Pat McGrath for my kit but would've liked some assistance regarding feedback around the new launch and other compatible items given the price point. This afternoon, I Went to Sephora in Southlake town center to pick up on line order. I stood at the end of the counter where they have a large sign that says ONLINE ORDER PICKUP. I stood there for 10 minutes while 2 of the 4 checkers were helping other customers and the other 2 were chit chatting with each other. Not once did any of the 4 of them look in my direction. Finally, when one of them said, "I can help the next person", and again never looked in my direction, I said, " who can help me with an online order pickup?" She said, "oh you just need to get in the regular line." Really? I thought, Then why is there a special sign marking where to pick up online orders?? At the end of our transaction, she shoved the bag over to me and said, Next in line". No thank you, sorry for the confusion, sorry for the wait, please come back, absolutely no communication. I believe the young lady who did her makeup was named Courtney (first cubicle when you walk in closest to the window). We told her that we wanted a natural look, nothing too dramatic. I went to Sephora on Thursday 9/27 and I was appalled at how I was treated at this store. I was in the store for 13 mins before I was greeted. After I was asked if I needed any help it was a poor one. She asked if I needed anything all while walking away from me. I eventually was approached and asked if I needed anything but it was to see if I was on my phone. I advised no thanks cause by this time I'm highly pissed of service. This cause them to follow me around the store. I noticed that I was being followed from every angle. All while this is taking place I was live on my beauty page where I teach and advise about makeup. I was going to show them how I pick out my makeup and what we should buy to go live with at a later date. Your employee Cheryl walked up to me and asked me if I was live or FaceTiming. I asked her why. She goes to say that Sephora policy doesn't allow for me to be on my phone. I politely asked her to show me the policy. She stated its policy but she couldn't get to it. I advised her once I see it I would respectfully turn it off. I also advised tho live and FaceTime is the same thing. I'm on my phone talking to somebody about the visit I'm making at the makeup store. She goes on and back and forth to me about I can't. I simply stated show me and I'll turn off. She proceed to tell me turn it off and then she touched my arm. I felt very violated at this moment. I could have simple had a panic attack, anxiety or smacked her back for touching me. At this moment she walks away. I ask another employee for a sample so I could grab my birthday gift and leave. At this moment I don't want to purchase any of the items that are in my basket. I get to cashwrap and Michelle goes to check me out. I advise her what just happened. She advised me that it wasn't a policy the store can asked you not to go live due to getting someone in bad lighting or them not looking there best. I advised I wasn't filming employees but ME picking out makeup. She apologies and in doing so she gets dizzy. I asked for helped as she seem to be about to fall out. Other employees come for her and then I was left at desk til Nicole approached to finish the checkout. Once we were finished I noticed I didn't get receipt so I asked for it. She replied it's a $0 receipt. I replied I know but it shows when I was here and etc. She reluctantly gave me the receipt. I leave. I get outside to remember I didn't get any of their names so I could give feedback on this visit. I re-enter so and asked for names. The other cashier gives me two but not the 3rd one. Well as I was asking for the 3rd one( Cheryl) the main one she walks up. I asked her for her name and she hollers over me Next customer please while waving her hand. I politely asked again can I please have your name? She throws it out .. Cheryl .. Cheryl. I said thank you and exit the store. I am in the beauty industry. I work in departments stores and Ulta's. I'm not a rookie to this. This whole treatment was HORRIBLE and disguised. I was very upset due to I see beauty influencers all over the world going into Sephora's and not having experiences like this. I'm never shopping at a Sephora again. Esp not this location. I influence my audience to spend their money in your store only to be treated like this. I hope this type of behavior is corrected and your employees need to be consistent across the board everywhere. They need to know NOT to touch customers without permission. This whole scenario could have ended bad. But due to me being professional and being know in this area of town I refused to show myself in bad taste. Funny how these people thought i was stealing and making a HUGE deal out of it during my shopping trip here. Yes, i was carrying a large Louis Vuitton never full and yes i was wearing all black but why tf did you accuse me of stealing when i was carrying a basket with every product i bought? They saw what i was wearing and were judging me. I know they were talking about me bc there were no other girls in the store dressed like me. They described me and said "they were watching me". Tf? They have always been rude to me. When I'm not wearing makeup, i avoid this place bc I won't get one person to help me. Maybe Sephora as a brand needs to reevaluate their values and how they train their employees? This place is supposed to be professional and a happy place for me but it has become a place i avoid unless i really need something. Extremely unprofessional employees. This is the worst Sephora location I have ever shopped - They're rude and obnoxious. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location, but it is the last time I spend my money with Sephora. Dorothy was outright rude and was whispering to a co-worker about me when I asked to work with another consultant. I mean right in front of me. When I mentioned this to their manager how poorly I was treated and almost on the verge of tears, the response, " Sorry about that." Like hell you are. My money spends just as well at Neiman's and Nordstrom and with a lot better customer service too. read more

Extremely poor customer service, about 5-7 worksers and not one person greeted us, the store wasn't busy at all, about 5 other customers where there so i'm not sure why no one felt the need to greet us. Jenny was our cashier and had TERRIBLE customer service! She gave us an attitude the entire time she was checking us out. I showed up early for my 3:00 PM appointment. After much confusion I was seated. As I sat there, I began to sweat as it was much warmer inside than the 72 degrees outside. When the consultant arrived, I stated that I couldn't stay because it was to warm inside and I was already starting to sweat. Who want a make over when they are sweating??? Adriana was great. I went into Sephora at 8 on a Saturday night, which is near closing and can often bring out the worst in people, but Adriana was super kind and helpful. She not only gave me the run down of the best skin care products, she also gave me make-up tips, as I had mentioned that her make-up was flawless. I love going into places that generally make me nervous and meeting somebody who makes me feel at home there! I will now be a regular at this Sephora thanks to her. I went to Sephora for the first time last night and had the best experience. I usually go to Ulta, but recently moved to Texas from the Chicago area and Ulta is still using what I call the "old" rewards program - Chicago had a newer, much better program with way better incentives. So, that being said, I was getting disappointed with the Ulta's I've been to down here because I know I'm not getting that great of rewards. Well, lo and behold Sephora carries my brands anyways so I decided to try them last night. First, this is one of few I've been to where the music wasn't insanely loud so that was nice. Second, the woman that helped me was so great. I can't remember her name, but she signed me up for the rewards program and since my birthday recently passed, she gave me their bday present anyways saying I shouldn't have to wait almost a year to get my birthday samples. I also got a set from Bliss that was the hand cream and Fabulips for $12! The hand cream is $10 usually and the Fabulips is $16 most places, so talk about a deal. I might go back to get more for stocking stuffers. Anyways, I really was impressed after my experience last night. I will look forward to going back. read more

I have been a Sephora customer for years and always had great experiences with staff and customer service, but I was incredibly disappointed this afternoon. It wasn't the fact that I wasn't greeted nor asked for help, which isn't too much of a deal to me because I understand workers may be distracted. What really bothered me was the attitude of one of the blonde girls stationed near the entrance, by the Sephora collection. I'd found a baby's pacifier on the floor with a nice embroidered strap that was obviously just dropped and when I asked where I could turn this into lost and found or what I should do with it, she very rudely waved me off and told me to just "throw it in the trash." Completely terrible interaction and awful cuztomer service skills, especially for an experience that had nothing to do with any product in the store. I can let a lot of things slide because I know how jobs can be, but being disrespectful to a customer who you've already completely ignored is not one of them. Even if she had no idea what to do it would've been fine without the attitude. Also didn't even get a thank you as we left. This store is nothing compared to mine back home and I hopefully will never have to return. read more
