The service was incredibly helpful for me and I was able to get some of the stuff that needed to get me in the right looks for my day.

Emily was incredibly helpful--she didn't just stick to one option but really took her time introducing me to new products, which I ended up loving and purchasing. Ashley was the sweetest and refreshingly honest; her product knowledge made it so easy to find the perfect concealer shade (she was super patient) Nahomy was a sweetheart as well--so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout our time in store and helped us find exactly what we needed. I also want to recognize the store manager (I wish I remembered her name). Even while busy at the register, she noticed us struggling with perfumes and immediately offered to help. Her care felt so genuine and thoughtful. I've visited Sephora locations all over the world, but the consistency of customer service at this store truly stood out. Visited this location to smell some new fragrances and purchase a sunscreen. And I do just that! - I like this location cause the sales people don't bother you too much. Once I was greeted and asked if I needed any help I said no and told them I was just here to smell fragrances before buying them online. I've had great experiences at this particular store. Adrian helped me to find the perfect foundation with complete ease. He was patient, attentive, and thorough in explaining why the product was the best for my skin type. To be fair, I'm going to trust the makeup tips of anyone with skin that glowing, and I'm so glad I did. Also, Ozzy has been a ray of sunshine in that store for forever. Favorite sephora by far. Sometimes entering a sephora can be intimidating to some and I always feel welcomed, not a bother and not feeling like I'm being watched like a hawk at this location. The one inside the tyler mall always leaves a bad taste in my mouth and this one never has and hopefully never does. read more

I never ever ever ever complain about my experience at Sephora because even on the worst day the staff is super kind. BUT today is the day. I went in today around 4:30 to buy very specific items for the upcoming Beyoncé concert I'll be attending in May. I was at the Haus Labs cosmetic area and noticed they sold a foundation brush, and looked around to see if it was on display to feel and looked at. There wasn't one, so I opted to open the box and see it for myself. (Mind you, I have actual manners and understand that due to Covid me actually feeling the brush was a hard no). Seconds later I loudly hear, " You can't open the products!" I politely asked, "is there one on display for me to look at." She responds, " No but I can show you a picture, (proceeds to put her hand out and say) Now I have to damage this out." Now I'm not sensitive, but she was rude. In that space her level of customer service sucked, and I will absolutely be calling corporate to complain. When someone is coming in to spend $10.00 or $500.00 the way you speak to them is important. I didn't catch her name but I'm calling the store now to ask who she is. Shoutout! Thank you Coco for helping me find the perfect foundation. I was greeted today by Coco. She was super friendly and ready to help. I have been almost exclusively buying rare beauty products for the last few years but I was needing a foundation with a bit more coverage for my date tonight. She was able to color match me to a few different brands at different price ranges all within my budget. I ended up with Patrick Ta in Peachy Neutral. I've always had good experiences at this place but unfortunately I will not be returning due to being targeted by a male employee. For 30 minutes, they had a male employee follow me around. I'm not sure if they thought I was stealing which makes no sense because I asked employees to help me earlier to find gifts for my mom. He was extremely close to me that if I turned around, I'd run into him. I approached the man who appeared to be in his 40s and straight which is already a frightening concept considering I am a very young woman. I asked to stop being followed around. I went up to the front of the store and went to pay for my things and he STILL followed me. I know they looked dumb when I inputted my number and saw I was as rouge member. I told the woman at the register how he made me super uncomfortable and she admitted he was asked to follow a young woman around but it supposedly wasn't supposed to be me which a is blatant lie. Since when did Sephora think it was okay to hire old men at their store when 90% of people who shop there are women? Never EVER is a it okay for an old man to be following young women around in a store. It is very triggering to my own PTSD and I believe it would trigger other women. I went into my car and had a panic attack after. I will be taking this to corporate and requesting an immediate termination. read more

My mom came to restock her usuals and she always uses my phone number for the beauty insider. She came here and the cashier told her she wasn't allowed to use my phone number that she needed her own. My mom tells her she doesn't want to and simply uses my number. The cashier doubles down telling my mom she won't be able to make her purchase without signing up on her own. Obviously the cashier was lying and only trying to take advantage of the fact that my mom is older and was alone and doesn't understand how these things work. Point in fact, if I was there the cashier would not have forced my mom into signing up just so the cashier meets her sign up goal for the week. The cashier preyed on my mom being older and her lack of understanding and forced her to sign up just to purchase. Poor customer service, they hardly greet you when you come in but will gladly just stare at you blankly but not ask if you need help. read more

My sister and I had to return to this location on the same day to exchange the wrong item we grabbed. They were all accommodating and very nice. We left leaving super happy. Very disappointed on management! I made a purchase for a foundation which I got color match for and was the wrong shade. I unfortunately open the foundation & used it, I notice the shade was the wrong undertone. I went in to return and they told me I was past return policy. I was only trying to exchange for the correct shade and manager Yareni said her store does not do exceptions and that every store has different policies. Which is very wrong to say when their own company website states differently. I was very excited to have a Sephora near me but I will not be returning to this location. read more

My sister in law and I were very excited to browse and shop around for her birthday a couple days ago. I was going to show her some stuff I thought she would like (it was her first time at Sephora). At first it was nice we were greeted well and was told if we needed help to let them know. We made sure to let them know we were just browsing as we had just arrived, and we would ask if we had any questions or needed help but not 2 minutes pass by and the same person (a orange/red head) asked us again if we are looking for anything specific, I had said no thank you as we proceed to shop we can feel the stares of the employees watching us like hawks standing right by us. We let it be. We ended up cutting our shopping extremely short, because of how uncomfortable the vibes were. We go to check out and the same girl that was already standing there watching us, checks us out. My sister in law was trying to lighten the situation as it was very tense and weird, and the girl just had a nasty attitude it felt like they couldn't wait for us to leave. Even walking out the door and saying have good day was very uncomfortable they just stared at us and smirked. I will never be coming back here forsure!! ULTA is the way to go for me.
