I would like to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I have consistently received at your store. Since moving to Moreno Valley 15 years ago, I have always chosen Beauty Spot for my beauty supply needs. One of the main reasons I continue to return is because of Laura. She is always warm, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I visit. Excellent customer service is very important to me. When I spend my hard-earned money, I appreciate supporting a business that values its customers and makes them feel welcome. Laura consistently provides that level of service, and it does not go unnoticed. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Laura for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer care. Employees like her are a true asset to your business and are the reason loyal customers like me continue to come back year after year. Thank you, Laura, for always making every visit a positive experience. read more

I went in this store with my boyfriend to purchase some hair dye and the older light-skinned woman at the register kept looking at him oddly․ When asked' "How's it going?"' she said: "Your braids, your hair grew out a lot' it needs to get done․" For context' I am black and my boyfriend is a Mexican man with long curly hair that he would put into cornrows during the summer. No matter if it was just done or grown out․ What also annoys me is that I have gone to this beauty supply store before and I have also seen women and men come in and not have their hair done․ Does she make unprovoked comments to them about their hair? Or just us? Either way' the comment was unnecessary' rude' uncomfortable, and extremely unprofessional․ The whole experience rubbed me the wrong way. read more

It's such a warm family oriented environment and welcoming spot for all your beauty needs. Let's talk about the quality of products! Laura is amazing and knowledgeable. She is very personable and friendly. Customer service is why I only shop here.

They have a wide range of wig selection and better yet, they had buy one get one free. The lady at the counter was really helpful and friendly. The downside is that I was only allowed to try on three wigs total regardless of how many wigs I wanted to purchase. Overall they have a lot of items. read more
