So, this Sephora is located INSIDE of JC Penny! It's still a really nice Sephora. I have never encountered one rude staff member. In fact, they have all been helpful. They carry all the same products that other Sephora stores do so I never have an issue finding what I need. They let you use their gift cards they sell at this location for JC Penny as well. So I got my mom one as a thank you gift once. It made it easier for her to find something she likes, since she was able to use it at both stores. What sucks though is that you can't use your JC Penny money here. So sad...

Literally not one employee asked if they could assist me. I wasn't greeted and when I asked about foundations and concealers the employee just pointed and said that I might like the ones on that shelf. Didn't walk me over or tell me about the product. Then she walked over to the cashier and started to talk about their weekend plans. Very disappointed at the level of customer service in this store. Had a much better experience with the one located at Downtown Disney. Had to make the 1 hr. and 45 minute drive just to get a better experience.

I learned so much about swirls, different techniques, and methods for creating beautiful handcrafted soaps. What keeps bringing me back isn't just the wonderful atmosphere, but the staff as well. Everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about teaching their craft. I especially appreciate that they teach you the right way--no shortcuts, with safety always coming first. They provide everything you need, guide you through the entire process, and by the end of class you walk away with your very own full loaf of handmade soap, ready to be cut into individual bars once it's cured. Such a fun, hands-on experience, and I always leave feeling like I've learned something new. If you've ever wanted to learn how to make soap, I highly recommend taking a class here.

Upon entering, I realized the shop was much larger than I had expected. Looks like it may have been 2 shops merged into one at some point. There's a large connected room with a massive Anime books and poster collection. Lots of fun and unique finds. The man at the cashier was friendly and helpful. We left with just a couple small figures but would love to spend more time looking over the variety of books and collectibles. Any shop that includes Hip Hop has my vote!

We got a quick greeting at the door and then were left to fend for ourselves in the Marvel wilderness. The store is super organized and visually on point. My son made a beeline for the Spider‑Man section like it was calling his name. My daughter, who has zero interest in comics, appreciated that they also sell books, tees, Funko Pops, and other merch so she didn't have to pretend to care about Peter Parker's problems. Checkout was smooth, and the cashier immediately pitched their membership program. Totally fine, it's a one‑time fee, not a monthly situation but we're just not ready to invest in that level of comic commitment yet. Prices were reasonable: about seven bucks for most issues and one $35 comic my son proudly bought with his own money. I let him live his best life. The plot twist came a week later when he sat down to read everything... and realized he accidentally bought three copies of the same comic because the covers were different. Variant covers: 1. Newbies: 0. A tiny heads‑up from the cashier would've saved us from the accidental collector's edition starter pack. All that said, the store is clean, cool, and has the exact comic‑shop vibe you expect. We'll definitely be back, just with a little more research and maybe a checklist so we don't accidentally buy the trilogy of the same issue again. Great spot overall, just not the most newbie‑friendly. But we'll return, now slightly wiser and definitely more cautious around pretty cover art.

I love browsing the clothing section, however limited it may be. Then I move on to smell soaps & candles. Incense etc. The indoor & outdoor furnitures are somewhat unique, I like the ones made in Indonesia or the Philippines, it reminds me of home. The food & snacks are fun, quite interesting. There's a section for making gift baskets with assorted spices, sauces, mustard, nuts, coffee & many more (like single serve bottles & containers, very cute!). There's pop up cards that are really adorable. I wish I knew how to make those, I'm sure I can Google some instructions if I'm feeling committed.
