They both took their time with me. They both answered my questions and neither one of them rushed me. They couldn't do enough to help. You would think that we were all friends for years. When there is no Pharmacist on duty they cannot dispense any medication. When they are there the Staff is not helpful. Went this morning to pick up a prescription and was ignored by the only person there as she stared at her computer and munched on her breakfast. She then proceeded to tell a late arriving staff member that they were short handed. She started answering the phone and telling people to call back as they were busy! I have tried waiting for this store to sort out this problem but have decided to switch to CVS. Why doesn't Walgreens just close this Pharmacy instead of leaving people in the lurch for their medications? Where is the store manager?
