It only took her about 45 minutes to apply a full set of eyelashes when I had done my research and it said it should take up to two hours of done properly. A bunch of lashes were clumped together because she didn't take the time to separate my lashes. Then she made me sit in front of an ac unit to help The lashes dry. Super unprofessional and a bad overall experience. I'm a hairstylist and I would never bad mouth people, but skip this place for lashes. Don't sell Groupons if you don't want to spend the time to make valued clients.

You can tell a lot about someone's character by the way the act when they don't realize people are paying attention. Melissa's actions are constantly tried and true & she walks the walk by constantly goes above and beyond to support her team and the business and create relationships with customers that aren't "hers" and more. The color was not consistent and she rinsed my highlighted hair with dark hair that still had dye. Surprise surprise, the light hair was darkened. Laura denied doing this and has taken no responsibility for the mistake preferring to blame me for just being unhappy with my hair. No apology or even goodbye, Laura and her daughter hid in the backroom sending someone out to do the billing. I have spent hundreds of dollars and many hours attempting to correct her mistake. Apologizing for her error would have gone far. We all make mistakes, but to refuse to accept responsibility and leave me hanging is not professional. I will never go back to this salon and will advise all to do the same.

Whatever hairstylist that does finally greet you after sitting there confused for 10 minutes will likely have a snotty attitude and make you feel unwelcome. You'll be waiting at least 40 minutes past your appointment before your head is even touched, which is just ridiculous and a waste of people's time. The one reason I stopped going there is because I booked an appointment on a Tuesday with Sharon. It wasn't until I arrived that I discovered they're CLOSED on Tuesdays. So whomever I confirmed the appointment with was either not paying attention or didn't know what they were doing. Again, lack of professionalism.
